Everytime I come here I order a 20 oz latte. They give me a 16 oz latte.
Their fix is take it back and add more milk.
Id suggest when you order a 20 oz you check the bottom of your cup because 9/10 it will be a 16 oz.
The food is always good though.

There was such a sour, stinky smell in there that I couldn't even make it to the ordering part. It was filthy, stinky and appeared that no one cared. The employee that saw me enter didn’t even acknowledge my presence, but instead looked away. I simply could not recommend anyone eating there due to the smell and filth alone. Sorry!

We hadn't been to panera in a while but we're looking for a salad after all the Christmas indulgences. The quality of the food and service has really gone up at this location. Our salads were fresh, delicious, and huge. My husband had the broccoli soup, and it was wonderful as always.

Stop letting people work, study and play on their computers and take up tables while pirating you're internet. We got to sit and watch a guy in shorts, barefoot, pick his nose and clean his finger nails with a fork and flick it on the floor!!!!!!!! Not very appetizing trying to enjoy our lunch.

I have been coming to this location for years and always usually got the same sandwich and always been treated with respect but tonight I have to say I felt like I was the biggest inconvenience to them I had to repeat what I wanted at the speaker three times to try to make sure that I would get the accuracy of my order at the window then when that didn't happen there was rolling in the eyes and I just felt like I was an inconvenience like they were mad at me because they didn't put my extra items in the bag I have to say that I was shocked to be treated this way and if that's how it's going to be I'll just go to the one in Hendersonville from now on not very cool at all when you pay $15 for a sandwich and you ask for things on the side that's what you expect to get not nasty attitudes rolling of eyes and people handing things to you quickly at the window and then slamming it because they're busy that's uncalled for not very good customer service at all

$40 for a really bad meal. The 2 item combo was MAYBE a 1/2 cup of old wilted romaine with parm and a few croutons. The chicken noodle soup (which I really wanted being I was sick) was 3 egg noodles, 1 chunk of chicken and 2 carrot slices. It looked like the bottom of the soup pan. My husbands bacon turkey bravo had good fixings but the bread was stone cold and hard, almost frozen. This location used to be pretty good but not any more.

My wife and I stopped for lunch while on a trip. She had the half-and-half with the poppyseed strawberry chicken salad and the Ciabatta Cheesesteak sandwich. I had the Chipotle Chicken Avo Melt.
She said her sandwich was very good and the salad was excellent. (I agree on the salad because she couldn’t eat it all - that was a lot of salad or half an order.). I also enjoyed my sandwich which was very filling.
The cashier at the front was very nice and preparation of food didn’t take long at all.

I ordered a cranberry walnut chicken salad sandwich. The sandwich had brown ruined lettuce on it and no cranberry. Could not eat it. In the past this place had good fresh food. Very disappointed.
