$40 for a really bad meal. The 2 item combo was MAYBE a 1/2 cup of old wilted romaine with parm and a few croutons. The chicken noodle soup (which I really wanted being I was sick) was 3 egg noodles, 1 chunk of chicken and 2 carrot slices. It looked like the bottom of the soup pan. My husbands bacon turkey bravo had good fixings but the bread was stone cold and hard, almost frozen. This location used to be pretty good but not any more.

My wife and I stopped for lunch while on a trip. She had the half-and-half with the poppyseed strawberry chicken salad and the Ciabatta Cheesesteak sandwich. I had the Chipotle Chicken Avo Melt.

She said her sandwich was very good and the salad was excellent. (I agree on the salad because she couldn’t eat it all - that was a lot of salad or half an order.). I also enjoyed my sandwich which was very filling.

The cashier at the front was very nice and preparation of food didn’t take long at all.

I ordered a cranberry walnut chicken salad sandwich. The sandwich had brown ruined lettuce on it and no cranberry. Could not eat it. In the past this place had good fresh food. Very disappointed.

I came through like I always do to get my salad like normal and saw that the salads where not even halfway filled which isn’t normal . So I called and asked what was going on and she told me a manager made the salads and it was the correct portion the whole salad I ordered wasn’t even halfway full very disappointing for how expensive Panera is

I usually like the food, although it's way too expensive, especially when they put bad
avocados on my sandwich. I'm not sure why they thought that was ok to use.

Had the worst experience today with two Paenra Asiago bagel sandwiches. There was very little chicken. Instead filled with heavy mayo based sauce. Television ad showed full of chicken. But what got was very little. We went after many years to see if they are still good like they were 20 years ago. Not any more. They have gone down hill. Very few customers were eating inside.

Service was even worst than food. Very unfriendly employees. I read on Google the management changed the work culture based on merit.
