please get real drivers from Papa johns back! Out sourcing to door dash is a joke! Took 30 minutes to get my order 2 miles away and its cold now as well and destroyed bc driver just tossed it all over ! I hope my order didnt leave the store in this way! This is terrible! Door dash is garbage!

We ordered the 6.99 deal. My husband got pep. On his and I just ordered cheese. When he got there they couldn't find my cheese so they ask him if he could wait 7 minutes, which turned out to be 10 or longer. They tried to make me a new one I guess which was as thin as a piece of paper that tasted AWFUL!! The crust was so hard that I had to get it off or it would have broken my Teeth. Not only did they give mine away they half way made a new one if you want to call it pizza but also charged us for it. WE WILL NEVER EVER GO THERE AGAIN AND IF ASK I WILL TELL PEOPLE EXACTLY WHAT HAPPENED. Ate a couple of pieces then had to throw the rest away.

St home delivery first in a while. Treating working hard man used to be his fav until today. Theyre using a delivery service that slows delivery down and pizza is not hot anymore as it used to be. We ordered mushrooms and saw one slice, spicy Italian sausage and very very little of it, very few onions and very disappointing for $35+ NEVER AGAIN. NOT WORTH IT! Will start making ny own ss most fast food has gotten expensive and poor quality. Its a sad world now… mot fair for those of us giving our all that need the break and when we do, we get this.

They have 100% lost business with them. We ordered 2 pizzas and they were all puffed up and dry with no sauce on them so we called Rissa which I’m assuming is the night manger and she said we would need to come back for a quality check so I drove all the way back from home and we walk in the store and she comes all aggressively towards us and voids our order out and tries to say we didn’t pay for our order when I have proof we did but her words was i don’t know why your phone is saying that and said we needed to make another order and pay for it. The other employee went to say something let alone cussing towards me but she started telling him he needed to shut up that she had it. I don’t agree with voiding my order out acting like I didn’t pay for it because you didn’t want to fix what you messed up. And I don’t agree with the poor customer service and they way she spoke to the employee even though he was in the wrong too. I called corporate and made a complaint and they said my order was voided after she claimed she didn’t and never received our money.

Ordered 2 pizzas both "well done". One was appropriately cooked correctly. The other was burnt to a crisp. I just wanted it a little more cooked since PJ is typically doughy. Pretty sad because everything was delivered fresh and hot. Please don't send your customers pizzas darker than my car tires -

Order two pizzas from this place said it would be ready by 8:18 get here at 8:25 just to be told by some 16 year old kid who’s very clearly high out of his mind glossed over eyes and sluring his words tell me “uhhh yeah that’s gonna be like 30 minutes man” no apology or anything just starred at me I am definitely never coming to this location again my food should not be prepared by a kid high out of his mind on who knows what drugs. What a shame.
Pizza was pretty good I got the New York Style Delivery Driver said absolutely no words, I said Hi , thanked him and told him Happy New Year. He couldn’t even utter a word. I’d like to take my tip back

If you want mediocre pizza and really bad service, this is the place for you. The pizzas will be late, they will have a minimum of cheese and toppings will be scarce. The manager has no interest quality control. You're better off withy little Ceasars or frozen pizzas.

Their service to help fix a pizza I can not eat is horrible. I had a large order and one of my special order pizza's is wrong. It happens. But, then I call and they will not replace it. One of my son's and I have a dairy allergy and it was suppose to have no cheese and it has cheese. They say I did not say no cheese when even if I didn't which has never happened before you would think you would want to replace it. Will never order from this store again. They do not care to replace one pizza out of the 6+ pizza's I ordered plus all the other things. Sad and pitiful
