Food was absolutely disgusting. When you order extra cheese and your pizza is like cardboard, sad. Their boneless wings, another sad display. Whomever owns this store, you should really rethink who you hired and the food the send out the door.

I Asked for peppers Because I ordered it Which is on the receipt.and it was not in the box, I asked him can he please grab them for me Thank you, He was training a girl at the front and told her if somebody asked for these peppers, grab a handful., And he meant it.The guy took his bare hands without washing them or putting on gloves and grabbed them and put them in a box for me. He was very sweaty, and I am Very disappointed to have seen this Guy in manager position Doing this. The pizza barely had any toppings on it at all. Looking like just the regular Cheese Pizza. This guy is going to run everybody off. We will not be back To this specific Papa John's. If they are doing this in front of clients, what else are they doing behind our backs?

I came into papa johns yesterday evening to order a few pizzas for my kids birthday party and ended up leaving disgusted. There was a young employee with dark hair getting screamed and cursed at by an older blonde woman who I know to be the manager as I've been in here a few times before. I cannot believe there is someone like that in charge who clearly does not know how to talk to employees especially a teenager. If this was my son or daughter being talked to like this there would be repercussions. I hope that girl is ok and someone else complains so this is made right.
Honestly just got the best pizza ever. Idk who slept with the pizza maker tonight but I hope they stick around because my pizza was magic. And the delivery people are always so nice!!

Ordered a large supreme cheese crust pizza. When you tried pick up a slice, all the ingredients fell off. The bottom bread part of the pizza was so wet, there was no way to hold a slice in your hand. Made you gag from trying to eat a slice of soft pizza. Worst pizza experience of my life.

We ordered a specialty pizza tonight (BBQ Chicken Pizza) and it was delivered with basically no sauce, completely dry and lukewarm. That’s one thing - but called the store an told by an associate that “it comes like that..” ..We’ve ordered Papa J forever, and pretty familiar with what a good BBQ chicken looks like. This wasn’t it. Worst of all, the line disconnected when we questioned the response … When we called back to ask the manager, told we could speak to them, but were put on hold with no return. This location doesn’t show a great customer experience, lacks professionalism, and willing to lose a customer over a single $20 pizza. Will do myself a favor from here on out and switch to a competitor like Marcos and Fairvue Pizza right down the street.
