It's not bad for what you get. It's pizza. Kinda nice to go home and doctor it up a little and come out of your oven piping hot.

Came in today to get a pizza after lunch since my kids have school activities and it just seemed convenient. The lady behind the counter was new. She was new but obviously not new to papa Murphy’s. She knew her stuff! She didn’t rush me or try to sell me, even though I ended up getting a side. She was so easy to talk to and made the whole experience easy. I love the pizza, but savanna made this time something more as she made me feel like family. The pizza also tasted great! If she works every Tuesday this might have to become our family tradition!

So I wasn't super experienced with take and bake pizza because it's not common for this area. But it was overall a good experience. I like the idea bc i like my crust crispy and many places don't cook it enough. This way, i can do it myself. And it's fresh out of the oven at my own house. I like that. It was also tasty. My ONLY complaint is the woman who took my order. She's an older lady (well, older than me and I'm in my 40s), and she talked to me like I was a 5 year old. So I didn't understand how it worked, exactly, but I have multiple advanced degrees. I'm not an idiot, I'm just not familiar with take and bake. She could have been a little less condescending. Otherwise, the food was good, fresh, and reasonably priced. So, I'll be back.

Ordered a pizza as I have for 6 months on Tuesday Kendal the manager give me a hard time when I ordered same thing I order every week in goodlettsville they did the order wrong when I explained she was rude again got my money back will not go to this store ever again this was the Gallatin TN store
