Order was not correct. I ordered a pizza with extra sauce and once we got home it had absolutely no sauce. Secondly i ordered a ranch flight cheesy bite pizza with extra sauce... this pizza had minimal sauce but was missing part of the dipping sauces. Upon calling, I had the pleasure of speanking with Garrett, whom was less than helpful and was told he could credit my account for $10 since the whole puzza wasn't messed up. I couldn't get him to understand that i ordered pizza and not grilled cheese. Apparently they are having several issues bc when my husband pick up the order initially, the manager was dealing with another unsatisfied customer.

The young lady at the counter was super sweet customer service was absolutely on point. I will definitely be returning here from now on because of her. Food was also hot and looked great too

I normally enjoy Pizza Hut, but in the last week or two it seems like it's been getting increasingly... corporatized? I think that's the best word for it. It's as if a conglomerate came in and cut all the good employees hours or something, some workers appear stressed and overworked, but others seem almost lazy. This type of mismanagement is always the result of corporate greed, and it screws over the hard-working people who make the profits for y'all's greedy butts.

The pizza I received yesterday (medium, pepperoni, light sauce) was one of the absolute *best* pizzas I've ever had! The bread sticks were great, too! Everything was hot and fresh and wonderful! The ordering process was simple, and pick up (drive up window) was very easy and much appreciated, as I currently have difficulty walking. I regret that I failed to take note of the young man's name who assisted me--he was so nice and extremely polite, despite the store being quite busy. (It was the Sunday after Thanksgiving.) This location seems to be well run and I will definitely be returning!

Sarah the manager was very rude after me having to actually get smart she finally came to reality and made the order the next day correctly after getting a burnt very burnt seems like it was rewarmed up i understand maybe teenagers may work at night but they need more training cause people actually pay they hard working money for over priced food that does. Not be all that good. Other than thank you Sarah for fixing it but she can not be no manager after me asking for her name 5 times and not wanting to give it to me. The last two people that answered the phone was very welcoming thank you for calling Pizza Hut this is such and such how may u help you Sarah was not like that she did fix what was messed up though and i appreciate it.
Ordered large stuffed crust pizza with half pepperoni, looked great, Except was eating and it was like eating cheese on dough, hardly any sauce, tasted dry .... like seriously !

I ordered 1 pizza with regular sauce, 1 with white sauce. They switched the sauces on the pizzas, so the toppings no longer went with the sauces.
