Food is always fresh. However, service was so so. They give me an incomplete order 3-4 times and its not till I get home and open that I realize I am missing items. I usually let it go since I live so far and its not convenient to go back. This time I called. Talked to the manager and she went above and make it more than right. 4 stars is because of the forgotten items multiple times, but the manager did well in compensating. She was also very nice about it. No other complaints
