Wow the lady that has taken over and done a tremendous job and the food is delicious and along with the service. True dedication from her. Before I wouldn't recommended it as it made us sick but since the new manager has came in I sure would recommend over the other pizza places here.

Worst customer service, they hung up on me after I ordered so I had to call back, couldn't get through and finally got through after 3 calls- I explained I had already ordered the dude tells me we have no delivery drivers.

It's Pizza Hut. You've been here. Every month or so they have a fancy new food promotion regarding some new movie or some such. This Pizza Hut is a nice spot. The staff seems friendly and the store is decently clean. The pizza tastes the same so I guess we can add predictable to the list. If ur new to the United States and u have never had pizza n ur country of origin. Try Pizza Hut. It's a staple of American-ized pizza.

Should have read the reviews! I've lived here for 20 years and don't order a lot of delivery pizza, but when I do, Pizza Hut is usually at the top of my list. But, no more! Why up sell extra cheese and not add it, why flavor the wrong crust? ( excuse me it's a white sauce pizza with extra cheese, but where's the cheese?). I hate doing bad reviews, but this is baaddd!!! Too many options may be killing this chain, or is it management, or the chains resistance to quality and change?

Do not order from this store. They are guilty of false advertising. This weeks mailer has a coupon for a large 3 topping pizza for $7.99, but carryout only. Says carryout only TWICE on the coupon. When I called and tried to place my carryout order, I was told that it is for online orders only. NOWHERE on the coupons does it say anything about online only. I even took the coupon to the store and showed them. The smug employee couldn't care less about my business. I ended up going to Domino's, who offers that deal every day.

Summary of the last three orders: TL;DR: Domino's, Papa Johns, or starving to death is better than giving this pathetic store any money. 1. Ordered through the application. Dinner box. Paid extra for cheese sticks. -delivered as regular bread sticks. Whatever I'll let it slide I am not complaining for that. 2. Same as above, to the letter. -called to complain they add $5 credit for next time. Say it's good via app but AFTER I order I can call to confirm it's applied. Ok great that dollar amount greater than to cheese stick upgrades. 3. Tonight. Order via app. Call after ordering. "Oh we can't do anything after. You have to call before you pay. We'll add a $10 credit since you don't have a credit on your account at all." I confirm my order with them and wait. -pizza shows up (the one I still paid full price for) cheese sticks good but they didn't bring the drink I paid for. The driver says to call back and someone will bring it. Call, girl on phone asks if I still want it. UM YEAH, I paid for it?! She says I have to wait for driver to bring it back out.

I would rate the Gallatin, TN Pizza Hut with a zero if I could. Terrible customer service by phone. The manager Jessica, the person who answered the phone when I called to find out why a pizza I ordered on line at 11:20 had not sent me any text update on what the progress was. This is what she told me: she had 4 other orders before they could get to mine and I would not get mine until 2 pm. That is ridiculous She told me she only had 2 drivers. These issues are poor management and definitely not the concern of the customer. If a franchise can't manage to service 4 deliveries at a time they should get out of the Pizza Hut franchise. Lunch time is a fairly big order window. I would say only 4 orders in a window from 11:30 to 2:00 pm is bad return on the dollar. This manager was rude, not at all professional and definitely did not care if she lost a customer. She told me ordering online does not give an accurate order time window. She didn't offer anything except a sarcastic and insincere apology and ..."Do you want me to cancel the order or not?" I've read some of the other reviews and I'm wondering what this Pizza Hut franchise REALLY does to make money. I wouldn't be surprised at anything.

On August 31, 2017 I placed an online order it took forever to be delivered. An employ assured me that I would receive a refund of my order on my credit card in about 3-5 business days. After 3 weeks passed, and several calls to the store, and my money had not been returned I contacted the store and spoke to the manager, Wes, he apologized and gave me store credit and waved the delivery fee. Fast forward to today, I called to place an order and the rudest employ I have ever encountered answered the phone, did not even state that the number I called was indeed Pizza Hut and she was yelling at me and saying everything with an attitude because she "couldn't hear me", even though I was enunciating and shouting my words at her because she insisted that I needed to "speak louder or something" I heard her talking about me in the background and asked for her name, Nisha, and asked to speak to the manager. that store is ridiculous and I will not be giving them my money anymore. RIDICULOUS!!!!

Awful!! This place was rude! I ordered bread sticks and a medium pizza, was take out got home to our uncooked pizza in the middle I have two kids under two and one on the way and the manager expected me to come back up there. Dum never again!!! I know papa johns is way better should of just went there. Just frustrating!!

Every single time we order pizza for carry out, at least 1 pizza is always wrong. Never fails. I use to work here too. What is the deal?? Being busy is not an excuse. You're a team. Work together

At 3:59 pm, I ordered 2 pizzas online and selected a 5:30 pm delivery. At 4:36 pm I received a text stating my pizza was out for delivery. I immediately called the store and advised that I was NOT home which is why I selected the 5:30 delivery. I was told that the person entering the order incorrectly input for 4:30 pm delivery & it hadn't left and they would correct. I said that is fine as long as I don't get cold pizza delivered to me. I received the delivery at 5:40 pm and it was barely warm...guessing it sat in the warmer for an hour. So instead of getting HOT, Fresh, Thin & Crispy pizza, I received lukewarm Thin & SOGGY pizza :-( Not what I paid for at all - Don't get me wrong - the flavor was great - but very disappointed!
