I have been here twice and I don’t think I’ll be back. The first time the rice was so hot when they put it in the bowl that it actually cooked the salmon partway, which was very unpleasant. The second time the salmon was a weird color, so I ended up just not getting anything. It’s also really annoying to me that they charge so much for avocado, but then you get stale avocado that’s been mashed up with lemon an unknown amount of time ago, so it tastes awful.
I wish that their food safety and quality would go up a little bit so that it would be safe to eat here. Also, sushi rice should have sushi seasoning.

It’s everything I love about sushi… but BIGGER! If you’ve never had a poke bowl but you like sushi, you will LOVE this place. A big plus is the fact that the staff is literally the friendliest in town. Do yourself a favor and try this place!!!

We recently had Pokemoto catered for a birthday party. We are from out of town and it was my first time trying this place, but we like poke and get it from local places occasionally. Wow! These lovely people went above and beyond, and exceeded our expectations in every way. The food was so fresh and delicious, and everyone enjoyed it. I definitely recommend it for catering or just to drop in for a meal.

I usually stick to a build-your-own poke bowl with tuna and salmon because it's so delicious. Fish is always fresh and melts in your mouth. I LOVE that you get so many topping choices included in the price ($15.99 for 3 protein scoops). Lots of other places charge extra for everything (some things are extra like guac, fish roe, etc. but not by much!), and they give you a lot of food in the bowl for the price you pay. I haven't found a better price on a good quality poke bowl. I have tried a few other places in surrounding towns and they just don't compare to Pokemoto! They aren't stingy with filling up your bowl so I feel I get my money's worth. I also get a few of the Musubi when they have those available at the counter - always fresh (confirmed they make them every 4 hrs) and just so so good. I've tried making them myself but they aren't quite as good as Pokemotos lol. Their Boba teas are also great, they have happy hour from 3pm-5pm on the bobas (50% off!) My only request is that they open a Pokemoto in Lebanon as I hardly get to Gallatin, but when I do, I always stop by this fabulous place! Also the staff is always friendly and store always looks so clean! If you haven't signed up for their texts updates yet, look for the sign at the counter to get 50% off a poke bowl ;)
Parking: I can usually pull right up and park in front of their door. It's located in a strip of stores so plenty of parking available in the lot.
Kid-friendliness: Staff is very friendly and store is bright and fun environment.

Great little place. They had lots of options for Boba tea and were patient and informative with our questions. My son loves boba and it’s hard to find where we live! He’s very into Asian inspired cuisine and saw a snack item they had for sale. I asked him if he wanted to try it and the owner and her employee graciously gave him one on the house! He was so excited by that. It was really good too! Rice with spam and teriyaki wrapped in seaweed. Will definitely be stopping by again whenever we are in Gallatin!

Restaurant was clean, bright and inviting. I was immediately greeted by the staff upon entering. They were very helpful in explaining the process of building my custom dish. All the food appeared very fresh and appetizing. They offered samples of any ingredients that I wanted to try before adding to my dish. The portions are very generous and filling and all the options are amazing. I have been several times and never been disappointed. It’s a great option for a quick fresh dinner after work on a hot day when cooking at home is just not even a thought. I will definitely continue to enjoy this wonderful place.

I order here every now and then through Uber eats and they always package it so well and staple the bag which I so appreciate! I always get the Hawaain Bowl with the spring mix and it is SO good. I also love their Seaweed Salad! Fast and friendly service, I highly recommend trying them out!

I’ve been coming here semi-regularly since they have opened and never once have I been disappointed. The food is always fresh, consistent and delicious. The only time I’ve ever had an issue was when my order was labeled incorrectly and I had to go back to the store to replace it. They were profusely apologetic, refunded my bowl, made my correct order and offered me a free tea along with it. Literally went above and beyond over an incredibly minor inconvenience. This place is a great addition among all of the heavy fast food we have in the area. Shout out to Ashley for taking care of me today. I know when I see that name on my bag it’s about to be good ?
