Let go after two days after I requested Sundays off (This was not on my availability from the beginning), for religious purposes, instantly wanted to move my availability around after start. Claimed I was slow when not properly trained on their system of work or work flow traffic. Allows other more senior employees to be absolutely disrespect to new hires, was told to kill them with kindness. Outdated systems, refused to educate other employees for asking for boxes when material number should be given to new hires to find things faster. Pay is great if you can tolerate all of that for material handler position.

It's no wonder places like this that hire people through temp services have such a high turn over rate and can't keep employees because they way the team lead especially treats employees,is completely uncalled for, can't understand her half the time because she barely speaks any English but she yells at employees when they do something wrong by accident or if they can't understand her,Rich's badly needs a new but different team lead that shows every employee nothing but dignity and respect something the current lead doesn't seem to show towards employees,Hire A New Team Lead Right Away!!! The current team is very disrespectful towards employees at this business

For truckers.Delivery pretty quick with appointment.Early am they will get you only if they have some free time.Overnight parking only 2 spots, do not park behind the signs on the mall property accessing the road for this place next to the rail road. Someone with a bad attitude will be knocking on your door whole night to make you move.There are some spots around the area close by but I am not sure about parking there.

Packaging has some good workers but if you come in as a group lead expect a bunch of craziness and people coming in as regular employees are put in places never worked and expected to catch on with no help they need to do a complete overhaul of management in that department and find someone else to do training for group leads.
