I stopped by this sonic while in town and they always have fresh food. I live in KY and the surrounding Sonics do not even compare to the Gallatin locations. I do not mind driving to this location when I want Sonic. My burger was great, fries cooked fresh, and the service was fantastic. Greeted with a smile. Thank you for fresh food and friendly service!! ❤

I arrived at Sonic at 8:54 and was able to place my order on the app. The lights were on and the store appeared open. At 8:58, an employee came out to let me know they wouldn’t fill my order as they closed at 9 pm. The store did not have a mechanism to refund me for the $25 order. It is now on me to dispute the charge. Very disappointing.

We got ketchup, napkins, straws and even salt and didn't have to ask for it!!!! The food was served hot and fast. The young lady that brought the order was super friendly and even told us to have a great rest of the day. You dont see this kind of customer service very often anywhere anymore. Thanks guys!

Placed an order in app, food came out immediately. Burger & drinks were the only thing right.
Had to press the button in order to receive straws, ketchup & correct condiments. Neither bag came with silverware or any of the correct things needed.
Staff seemed bothered by providing the proper items needed for our order. We will not be returning to this location.

Lovely establishment. The employees are always so pleasant and greet with a smile. Jennifer was so wonderful my last visit. She brought my food out fast and was prompt when I asked for an extra condiment. The nicest carhop!
I've never been to this location before but our carhop waitress was great, very friendly and helpful. Our food arrived quickly and Hot. Everything tasted really good. We had burgers, Amazing onion rings and heath bar blasts. We definitely will be visiting thus location again.
