If I could I’d give zero stars my husband went to order and guy told him to hold for a minute and left the speaker on to where the staff could be heard laughing so we will just take our money somewhere else from now on since they don’t want to take orders.

I am sitting at this place now, ordered my food, and asked for ketchup when I ordered. I have now pressed the red button 3 additional times because there was no ketchup. All times, they have said it would be right out. I still have no ketchup. My last visit here. Wish I could ask for my tip back.

Trying to get ahold of a hiring manager no luck getting through to the phone.
Ordered 2 Reese’s Sonic Blasts that gave us food poisoning. Both persons noticed a very off “spoiled” taste to the shake. The phone # listed doesn’t work 452-2044, so that in itself is not good. We normally have a good experience, however one like this is enough for them to lose $1,000-$1,500/yr since there are other fast food places in town. Got food poisoning at Chili’s-Gallatin 4 years ago. Haven’t been back there since. Food hygiene is a serious problem for Gallatin. Not sure why ?♂️?♂️?♂️.
