Well where do I start. We couldn’t hear the person taking the order because only one of the speakers was working. My daughter pressed the order button, and proceeded to order her meal. No problem. I then ordered a #12 with onion rings, and a Diet Coke. The person speaking to us kept trying to upsell 2 coney dogs as a BOGO. Since we couldn’t hear her, and we just wanted to complete our order I laughed and said that’s fine. I thought I was being nice. Unfortunately she must not have heard me either because I didn’t get anything from my order except my drink and onion rings. So what was supposed to be chicken tenders, ended up being 2 foot long coney dogs. Umm… Then when I explained the issue to the lady that brought out the food she didn’t offer to refund, or take back the coney dogs, all she offered was to ring me up for what I initially ordered because it wasn’t on the receipt. Seriously?! It was just an awful experience all around, and we won’t be back. Sad. I even tipped before I even knew what was going to happen.

I stopped last night after work at about 8:40-8:50. Website says they close at 10. I pressed the button, no response. Wait 10ish minutes. I can see people inside. Press the button a second time, no response. I’m parked literally outside the door. Then a girl comes to the door, screams and takes off running. Then a young man comes with a broom, and opens the door and lets a mouse out. Can’t even make this up. I’m still sitting there. Press the button a third time. No response. I left. Not sure that was a bad thing considering the mouse situation
