I specifically ask for salsa with my meal . The female that brought my meal out even mentioned it. NOT IN BAG when I was ready to eat. Very disappointing ? I never have trouble at other Sonics when ordering very same. You should be able to take back tip later.

Apparently they have a problem putting the receipt on the wrong bag. Ordered 50 bucks worth of stuff and got nothing I ordered. Now I have to wait 7 days for a refund wow completely terrible. I tried calling them and they won’t pick up the phone. Sad shame i love sonic but not this one will make sure to go to another

Fast and hot every time and I kinda have been a regular. Good management and staff as well. I go to the extensive value options right on the menu. With price points like $2.99 Quarter Pound Double cheeseburger, $1.99 Corn dogs, Tots, Onion Rings, Mozzarella sticks among many others you can see on Sonic online menu. Allows me be able to tip, they're always packed and their car hops deserve a tip. They're really running hard and they're always polite and positive with smiles. Love this location y'all.Parking: Best is to drive to the other side, the first row is usually full but remember that's for a good thing. Always extra a third row on that side so guaranteed parking spots.Kid-friendliness: They offer the "Sonic Kids Wacky Pack" for kids. Just don't order from here today. I WAS hungry. Not anymore after looking at this. I ordered chili cheese tots with onions. The chicken didn't even look right, and there was a hair stuck to the toast. That was really gross.
Food was decent, service was not acceptable...she had a terrible attitude and I just had arrived. Considering I placed a mobile order and there was no contact with me at all, I don't understand why she was so extremely rude to me.No sauces for a $30 order. Parking lot was clean, that's a plus.

My husband and i took our kids went to sonic to order lunch for the day. As we were greeted on the screen to start our order before he can even finish his sentence, the lady interrupted him and said “what else” and he asked “can u add nerds?” and she said “to what” and he said “those two slushes” and she said “what kind of slushes” and he repeated the order “can i get two grape slushes with nerds” and then said okay and told us our total and we were not done with our order. It’s like this every-time we come here, they are always so rude and today is a good example of why we only go to portland sonic.

The building it's self was in disrepair, the ordering screens were out of order and the bathroom was disgusting! The food was as expected from a fast food restaurant, the "car hop" was so nice and friendly!

I’d give no stars if possible. Visited this location 8/13/23. Placed a mobile order on the app at 4:48pm. After 10 minutes the screen showed my food was on its way. I waited a total of 30 minutes, I hit the button to ask how much longer on my order she hesitated, then said it was on its way out. I asked is it? Cause I’ve already waited so long at this point I’m ready to go home.The lady said oh you want a refund. Completely ignored my question on how long till it’s actually out. So I just said yes I want a refund. She told me the manager is working on the refund and didn’t say anything else after that I then had to hit the button again after 10 minutes to ask if I can have a receipt to show proof of a refund, a different lady I assume the manager said she still working on it. She finally comes out about five minutes after that with the receipt. She did not say sorry did not even offer to give part of the order that was ready. Just handed me the refund slip and walks away. very rude, very unprofessional, no customer service whatsoever I don’t think I will ever be back to this location. I hope someone from corporate reaches out to fix this.
