Absolutely the worst Starbucks ever. Use to be par with the majority, now they are just horrible. It's definitely the place to go for the most inconsistent drinks around. They can screw up a cup of black coffee! If you order a hot coffee and a frappuccino on the same order, they won't make them at the same time. They separate drinks by hot bar and cold, so prepare to wait for this nonsense.

The service was not good. My husband and I walked in and two girls at the window both said "hello, welcome in." then proceeded to turn away from us and keep talking. Then a girl came to the front, never looked at us, touched a machine, still not saying a word to us, then proceeded to walk away, not saying hello or making eye contact. She literally walked back to the back area. We continued to stand there for a bit, then walked out. Here is the most discouraging thing about this interaction... There was NOT one car in the drive through the entire time we were there and when we left and pulled away, still not one car! So, three employees, no one making coffee or anything else, and not one took our order! The worse service I have experienced from any Starbucks.

It’s super frustrating when I order a venti drink with very light ice and they end up filling over half the cup with ice. This happens at this location often, but never is an issue for the Hendersonville locations. I shouldn’t have to drive to the next town over just to get the right drink.
Edit: they have turned this place around quick. It’s fast and convenient again, and cannot beat the staff. I’m glad management helped out their employees.
I drive to Indian lake just to avoid this Starbucks. You cannot get a coffee no matter what in under 20 minutes.

Arrived at 9:30 on a Saturday. Place is not supposed to close until 10. Door is locked and drive thru isn't open. Three people inside acted like they can't be bothered and one got an attitude. Does Starbucks know their employees think establishment hours are optional? Or are they getting paid for more hours than they're actually working?
