Placed a mobile order said it was supposed to be ready in 5-7 minutes. I get there in 10 minutes and the male employee hadn’t even started my order because he was busy talking to a Kroger employee. Stood there and he was still talking I told him I had a mobile order. He starts to make it but looks confused like he doesn’t know how to make my drink. My matcha tasted horrible. Won’t be going there anymore!

I ordered a tall peach green tea and it was 3/4 full when they handed it to me so I asked them to fill it up. They obliged. However, I started walking around the store while drinking my tea and happened to look at the bottom of the cup, which was full of gnats. At least 4 and only one of them was “whole”. The rest were wings and pieces. I took it back up and all they could offer was a refund for my troubles.

There was no more communication in the service. An old man who looked like a manager was slow and didn't seem to be in working condition at all. The food he made was also very different from the pictures. It was not tasty at all. It was the worst drink I had ever had.

The worst Starbucks ever. That dude was so disrespectful. Doesn’t even say a “hi”. First I wait for 15 mins. Somebody said he went on a break that’s understandable but there’s no sign that says they’re on a break. Then this guys comes and makes us wait for than 2 whole mins , because apparently his shift doesn’t start yet. Then he say 30 seconds more and doesn’t even say a hi after all this. And to top it the coffee was cold. I couldn’t believe I was at Starbucks that’s known for customer friendly. I usually don’t write bad reviews but I couldn’t help.

They made my frappe soooo good. Alot of the other stores don't make it right and they end up having to remake it! This store was awesome ?

She gets one star cause she who worked on may 4th 2023 at 10:56am was rude when I had ordered grande size drinks and got small cups, when something was said about this, she rolled her eyes! I called corporate and I await the district managers phone call!

The customer service wasn't bad but it wasn't good or friendly. I ordered a reindeer cake pop and ax peppermint mocha with 2 extra pumps of peppermint. The value pop was horrible and the coffee didn't have the regular amount of peppermint much less the extra two shots I paid for... just ?
It would've been great if the employee didn't start to walk away as we were walking up to order and roll her eyes. We just immediately left without ordering so we didn't inconvenience her day.

This Starbucks rarely open.If there are barista’s there, they are usually standing behind the counter with lights off and say they are closed. Mobile app lets you order even if there is nobody there working during “open” hours.

Starbucks inside Kroger...I always have an issue when I go here so I try not to but it's so convenient since I grocery shop as well. When I order, there is no greeting and when I asked a question it was not answered so I thought she did not hear me but she did. At the pick up area again she did not say anything so I almost picked up the wrong drink. They do not ask for names so it's best if they would call out the drink instead of just sitting it down. It looked like they did not want to be there. I worked retail/customer service so I understand. But also whe. I got tired of it I left. The drink was good though for once.
