Stompin' Grounds Coffee House

I really wanted to like this place. I've tried several times to support this local coffee shop but every time I've left disappointed. The coffee I bought just this morning was cold, and the food was subpar.

Bottom shelf grocery store food slapped together haphazardly. The drinks followed the same model and tasted super artificial. What was the point in asking for my name for the order of it was not going to be used is beyond me. The space looks great and I'm not sure how their coffee is made but if your are just getting that and hanging out you should be fine.

The coffee and specialist tea called Ms. Claus were spectacular. The best I had tasted. The downfall was the overcooked bagel from a plastic bag they got at the supermarket. I couldn’t eat it because it was so hard. Breakfast egg sandwich was microwaved so stick with coffee and not food.

Emailed and left a review but both got ignored. My bf and I have been here several times, it's usually good but there have been times I haven't been happy with the taste of my macchiato or food. Annoyed when they were out of pastries. My most recent order they didn't put a egg on my bagel sandwich like I had ordered. Haven't been back since.

Usually good here but wasn't happy with my most recent order, so haven't been back. I emailed the email on the website but haven't got a response.

I notice the owner doesn't really respond to anything but 5 star reviews. I don't like that. I appreciate a business that wants to make things right with a customer who may have not had a good experience, and try to earn their business back.

My bf usually goes through the drive thru or inside to order.
My last order which was a week ago, they didn't put the egg on my bagel sandwich like he had asked. Noticed it when got home. Also never got a text receipt like usual. The time before I got a paper receipt(shown in photo)
I always get the same 2 or 3 items from here.
We've been here several times.

Would appreciate a discount on another order, or refund for the trouble. Otherwise I won't be giving this place my business anymore.

I used to love Stompin’ Grounds in Gallatin. Unfortunately, it has become unreliable on the availability of some food items. This has happened at least 50% of the time over the last month or two. Also, people come in with toddlers/children. They are allowed to run around and make a lot of noise spoiling the atmosphere. This has been the case the last 2 times I have been in. Such a disappointment! I’m not going to spend money and time just to be disappointed and aggravated. Please correct these two issues.

Wow. The decor and ambience is so comfy and relaxing...best white mocha ever! Cheese Danish was warm and delicious. My new favorite coffee cafe.

I’ve been here many times and and like the spacious and comfortable interior, helpful and friendly staff, good food, reliable WiFi, and reasonable prices. I prefer this place to the big coffee chains.

Parking: Considering there are several businesses around Stompin’ Grounds, occasionally parking in the lot can be a little tight.

Not computer savvy. Website was simple.
Walked in, super clean, super friendly.
Order was ready and still hot.
BLT bagel+Avocado.
Soft bagel, Huge Avocado, Real leaf Lettuce.
Wife extremely HAPPY.

Great place across from Sumner Hospital for coffee & a muffin, avocado toast, etc. They sell Nashville Coffee Company beans - about 9 different flavors.
