I use to frequent this subway however the time before tonights visit I had a bad experience with the worker. I waited about three months before trying again because I understand that sometimes it could have just been a bad day. (We all have them) Tonight i just tried again and while I was explaining my order to the worker two roaches crawled along the outside of the counter. I told her about them and she got offended and said “ well we don’t have roaches so that can’t be what you’re seeing” I told her ma’am I’m looking right at them crawl, her attitude went from bad to worse after that. I let her know that if they aren’t roaches it’s still the point that they have bugs and they look identical to a roach andI was just making her aware before other customers came in and saw them. She didn’t seem to care. She left the bread door open so I suggest to her to close the bread door since it was bugs crawling around and she told me “it’s fine , if they did have bugs they wouldn’t go in there.. I took a video of the bugs but I can’t figure out how to load it in this review. Just be mindful when going to this place.

Few days ago I come in the store an order my usual. Footlong cold cut on white bred with extra pepper. This girl her name Kaitlyn I think was makin my food. EXTREMELY Rude. Had a Attitude. Food was good though. Needs some manners. Thanks ❤️. Every time I come round here every worker treats Me with kidness and respect!

5 stars . I was shopping for chili ingredients at food lion. Made the mistake of bottomless mimosas and needed to use the facilities of which food lion had closed . I was welcomed with kindness , with no intention of purchasing a foot long , I was still welcomed to use the clean restrooms by the employees . It smelt amazing and in that moment of relieving myself , I questioned if I should instead ditch my cart at food lion. I made sure to thank the staff for their welcoming nature and gave them my gratitude . I’ll be there in the future for lunch . Thanks team !

Layla knocked over a tray and was about to use it to eat up our food; she picked up a glove off the floor, rolled her eyes at us. When I asked her to change gloves before touching the food. Dinning area was a mess,food on tables and floor. Food was good just need to be trained on sanitation and keeping the store clean

Worst subway ever. They keep getting over by not putting extra toppings on the sandwich… They put your extra topping on there when you’re standing in front of them though. Conning folks out of their money to save a few penny’s for food cost is insane. Bad customer service and they never answer the phone. It’s sucks that it’s the closet subway to me… NEVER ORDER THRU THE APP.. ALWAYS GO IN AND WATCH THEM MAKE YOUR SANDWICH. Thank me later for this comment.

I hadn't been to a Subway in probably 10 years and hadn't thought a thing about it until the Subway tuna sandwich went viral on TikTok over the past few weeks. So, I decided to try that sandwich today (here's the order, btw: 6 inch or foot long tuna, italian herbs & cheese bread, bacon (toasted separately), pepper jack cheese, lettuce, cucumbers, green bell peppers, onions, Jalapenos, extra mayo, sweet onion teriyaki saurce, s & p, Miss Vickie's spici dill pickle chips, xxx Vitamin water).This sub was good. When I get it again, I'll ask for extra sweet onion teriyaki sauce because I did not get that flavor in each bite. Next time I'll also ask for extra lettuce. Also, don't skip the chips. They are so good with the sandwich.I'll probably be back to fine tune (pun intended) this order at this location. I paid for four cookies but received only one, which was an honest mistake, but next time I'll check the bag before leaving. Overall though, this is a good location. The inside of the store is clean and neat. The workers are so friendly, fast-working, and professional.

This location is terrible and never order steak and cheese, because all you will get is bread. They can’t even get orders right when you order online. Worst subway I have ever been to and they don’t care to get better. The owner should really evaluate his store, before he loses customers in mass amounts….i am going to be first one that the location loses

Do not use a delivery service from the Subway. Evidently you need to order in person to point at what you want on the sandwiches. This is the second consecutive order where the receipt plainly states how the subs are to be made, but the illiterate staff either need eye exams or English lessons because they obviously cannot read simple instructions. Please, hire new staff or just remove this location from all delivery services.
