Made my first and last pick up order at the subway by pony express. Ordered a meatball bowl no spinach Ordered a meatballs sandwich no sauce the cold cut sandwich had hardly any meat and no vinegar

This location is by far the worst subway I’ve EVER in my 35 years of living been to. I came in around 10:40. There were only 2 workers present neither of which greeted me or spoke a word to me other than what was I getting. There was a young blonde boy who made my sandwich. I get the same thing every time 6 in blt. First things first I had to ask him to change his gloves 3 times. When he began making my sandwich i noticed his sleeves on his sweater were in my sandwich so I politely asked him to roll his sleeves up. He changed his gloves after doing so. He proceeded to make my sandwich put it in the toaster and while waiting for it to get done toasting he started handling packages of meat touching the doors of the bread maker etc so I asked him to change his gloves. He did. He proceeded to make my sandwich when we got to the mayo the bottle was empty so he grabbed a pocket of mayo from the cabinet and couldn’t open it I’m guessing due to the gloves so he went to the back and did god knows what and came back a put it on my sandwich which I didn’t like and asked him to change his gloves once more. We finally got to the end to wrap the sandwich and everything came off of the sandwich so I asked him to unwrap it just to show him all the veggies were on the paper NONE OF THEM WERE ON THE SANDWICH. So I asked would he eat it he said yes sarcastically and I stated I won’t. HE THREW THE SANDWICH IN THE GARBAGE AND TOLD ME TO LEAVE. I asked for the manager. Worst decision ever. HAILEY the manager came out after 5 minutes. I told her what happened and immediately I was talked to as if I wasn’t a paying customer. He stated it’s 10 on the morning and she didn’t have time for difficult people. I told her to look at the sandwich and she stated she wasn’t digging through garbage. I asked why was she being so rude and she stated I was being difficult and it’s too early for that be because she’d just got there. I was then called disrespectful which was far from the truth. She let me know that there’s 2 other subways I can go to because I stated that she was being extremely rude for no reason to be a manager. I asked for her name and corporates number which she would not provide to me as well as who’s over her. To sum it up she called the police and had me trespassed. She’s always rude everytime I’ve came around that time which is why I started going in the evenings. The worst representation for a company. I went down the street to the subway off main and got my sandwich and asked for corporates number and they wouldn’t provide it to me either. But a customer did. And surprisingly knew exactly why I asked for it without me even stating why. She stated she’s never had a pleasant experience at store 542 because they are ALWAYS RUDE!!! I would never recommend anyone to eat here they are unprofessional poorly trained and your sandwich will be SLOPPY!!! It filthy!! Only reason I gave them a star is because I have to to leave this review because ZERO STARS IS WHAT THEY DESERVE!!!
This is the first Subway to actually read our online order and follow it. Our sandwiches were perfect and the service was friendly. Will definitely visit again when we are in town.

Service was cool. It was too younger dudes that had good customer service but the sandwiches were awful. I paid for extra toppings and still got skimped. Glad I asked for extra ranch because NONE was on there. They also didn't put cheese on my sub ??♂️ cmon now man. I spent 30$

I ordered a foot long BLT and I didn’t want the buns toasted but my bun is toasted and the tell me it wasn’t toasted but when the top of the bun flakes off and is hard then it appears to be toasted I called and asked to speak with a manager and the person on the phone tells me the manager is not available she then put me on hold then come back to the phone and tells me she can’t give me the manager information out and I told them I need to speak to a manager I asked when the store manager was going to be in and she told me she can’t tell me that

12/20/2023 Ordered 4 Sub Sandwiches online and 2 cookies! First of all the sandwiches were sloppy! The bacon was burnt and all the sandwiches were made on the wrong bread. It was a big mixed up mess! After getting back to the workplace&family we realized it. Called and spoke with a Mgr. Name Hailey and she told me to bring them all back untouched. We did just that and when we got back to Subway around 2:15p.m. The Door was locked. Another customer walked up trying to get in and she said herself that she’s never been and the door was locked! Another customer stated that they’re probably all in there getting high! Which is a concern! I drove all the way to another subway trying to get info. This young lady called for me and then they answered the phone for her. Went all the way back and now the door is open. Had to deal with a young man about my refund. Hailey never came out to apologize or handle the situation. It was so inconvenient and time&money wasted! So hard to get good customer service anymore because ppl Do Not Care! Whoever owns this business need to look into all there employees Seriously! This Was Awful!! I also have a video showing proof that the doors were locked!
