I want to preface this by saying the food is delicious. But the servers have gone down hill. Last time I went I sat for 20 minutes, watching the guy who was supposed to be my server completely ignore me while tending to his two tables. It wasn't remotely busy. Then when I finally got up and said something he comes by. I try to order and the one item I wanted was out of stock. A complete waste of half an hour that could've been settled way sooner and would've left way less of a bad taste in my mouth if he actually did his job.

The food is still delicious the atmosphere is completely different since they took out all the vintage pharmacy wall, mirror, etc . I believe that's what made the place special. They preserved history for a while and now it looks like every other good burger joint.

The outside of this place is so charming and inviting , however when you enter you will find prison grey colors , cafeteria style tables and chairs and a bright primary red accent color and wall mounted tvs . I had previously dined here and noted the same thing , however they at least had a pretty back bar . When i returned recently the bar was removed to make way for more cafeteria tables .. now on to the food and service .. the server was very nice , however we were told there were several drinks " she didn't know how to make " and i prefer my server doesn't drop into a full squat table side while we order . we were also informed they didn't possess certain mixers ( ginger ale for example ) which limited our choices further . Please don't advertise a full bar if you cannot provide a full bar experience . Now the food . The first time I dined here the food was great and truly seemed homemade / high quality .( albeit high on grease . The second time ( after the supposed remodel ) The food quality has dropped , and seemed pre made / stale ( burgers , fries ) and are in no way worth the exorbitant prices they are charging . The owners really missed a great chance to make this place amazing and i'm embarrassed I brought several people with me to share in my disappointment .

Food was great! The only reason I didn't give the service 5 stars iis because I got takeout and haven't dined in yet. I will update once I do that.

I’ve only tried one burger so far, it was the Godfather. My only complaint is the meat seemed unseasoned and they rely on the topping for the flavor. The fries were some of the best fries I’ve tried in a while. I really like those. I’d give it another shot but I’d like to see some seasonings on them burgs.

I like this restaurant. The atmosphere is good and the burgers are delicious. My daughter who lives in Japan said she wanted to eat this burger again when she came to visit.

The service was excellent . The food not good for your health. Everything cooked in soybean oil which kills. My waiter was honest. Even the burgers are cooked with soybean oil. Just kills you. I looked around and saw nothing but sick overweight individuals. As a health care professional I was mortified. Not going to eat there again. It’s unfortunate as they have a good menu. It’s a menu to wreck your health. All entries must be cooked in beef tallow as not to kill you or make you fat. Buffalo Wild Wings and Outback use beef tallow only. Must be real butter as well. No margerine.
Never going there again.

Some of the worst food I’ve ever had. Bright af in the late afternoon, I felt like I was at a hospital cafeteria. Our server was lovely and busting her ass. I wish I got her name. Tall, curly blonde woman.
