I was in line to order here at 1:30 in the morning today (new years day) and they shut everything down and said they weren't making any more orders, that there was only 2 people in the store and they were gonna quit. Y'all need to have more employees.

Went in to pick up a mobile order. They said someone else picked up the order and refused to make it despite me having proof on my phone that I have not recieved my order. I had to cancel my order.

Went their early in the morning after my night shift and was refused my mobile order during normal business hours saying they were only doing doordash orders. While there were lots of cars in and out the parking lot. This place has become completely unproductive and unprofessional. Will also sent a complaint to the BBB and corporate ofiice.

This place sucks the people hate their jobs and their life. Been there many times seven 715 710. Nobody answers you on drive-through and you can see them inside never going back.

After waiting 30+ minutes I was rewarded by being told my order was given to someone else. Thank heavens employees were understanding that I wanted a refund. It was given to another patron. Very quickly. The manager re-entered the order and re scanned my card. The staff was very friendly. They were very understanding.

My chicken chalupa was to hard to eat, under light too long and our Dr pepper was mostly water no flavor 😕
The service is very bad. Seems like a bunch of kids are working there and there’s no good service. They are there they don’t care about the food or the service or people that they are serving. I cannot wait to get that Taco Bell open down Highway 109 close to Publix maybe they will have a better staffing. Instead of a bunch grown-ups, acting like kids.

And they say I can't sing that.And they already void my order I try to show him in my mobile. I have already order and is ready. Add taco, bell same address. I have ordered by drive-thru when I come over here for the drive-thru get order that time they say come inside and get it the order. When I argue with the manager, I have ordered by drive-thru why I come inside.That time they speak loudly and close the window front of me.
