My chicken quesadilla was great my order was just like I needed it, I did have to repeat my order multiple times but there is one lady there who always makes sure my order is right at the drive through and I appreciate her and she makes the atmosphere amazing and I only go to this Taco Bell and not any other oneš

just to be clear ā I do respect the employees. They work hard and deal with a lot. This issue is about the management, not the staff.
This Taco Bell needs a new sign. Instead of āCash Accepted,ā it should say: āCash Acceptedā¦ only if you can predict the exact change like youāre some kind of fortune-teller.ā
I ordered $22 worth of food and handed them $25. The worker looks at me and says, āWe donāt have accept cash.ā
Really? Taco Bell ran out of THREE dollars? Did someone rob the register for exactly $3? Did the change fairy call in sick?
If you donāt have cash in the drawer, maybe let customers know before we place an order. Donāt advertise cash like itās available when your register is basically a metal box full of disappointment.
I came here for tacos ā not to solve a math puzzle, not to negotiate like Iām buying a used car, and definitely not to find out Taco Bell is broke before I am.

Too many issues with food ordered through the app being out or unavailable and they canāt refund it in store so it feels like being robbed. Also too many edits get missed app and store gets 1 star until system is better or fixed

What can you say different about Taco Bell? The service at this Gallatin location was great. We got food to go and the young woman who handed us our order was very personable. She did everything exactly right; eye contact, smile, thank you. It was refreshing to see in a person so young!
