Too many issues with food ordered through the app being out or unavailable and they can’t refund it in store so it feels like being robbed. Also too many edits get missed app and store gets 1 star until system is better or fixed

What can you say different about Taco Bell? The service at this Gallatin location was great. We got food to go and the young woman who handed us our order was very personable. She did everything exactly right; eye contact, smile, thank you. It was refreshing to see in a person so young!

I had a horrible issue with the app sending my order to Mt Juliet, but the manager tonight 5pm Monday 09/22 helped me and was so kind

This isn’t just a bad review. This is a cry for help. A scream into the abyss. A warning to all who dare to dream.
I placed a delivery order with Taco Bell — because I’m a simple person with simple needs. I didn’t ask for much. Just a meal and the sweet, cinnamon-sugar comfort of churro twists to soothe the crushing weight of existence.
But when I opened the bag… they were gone. GONE. No twists. No sugar. Just the echo of what could have been. And unlike someone with a car or the will to walk 6 miles fueled by rage alone, I can’t just “go back.” I don’t drive. I can’t chase down the ghost of my missing churros. I’m stuck in snackless purgatory.
So now I sit here. Churroless. Heartbroken. Staring into the void of a crumpled delivery bag that holds only broken promises and wrappers. I paid for them. I earned them. I NEEDED them. But Taco Bell decided I didn’t deserve happiness today.
You wanna cut costs, Taco Bell? Don’t do it with my dessert. That was the only reason I didn’t burst into flames today and you took that from me.
I hope whoever forgot my churros stubs their toe on every table leg for a month.
