Ate there last night. Me and the wife got terrible food poisoning. This crap is dog food. Quality was awful. Do not eat here.

Staff was robotic when taking my order.
The building was so dirty. A street side taco stand would be cleaner. Everything was dirty. The tables, floor and restrooms. Just nasty!

I hope the lady Tina whose name is on my receipt knows how wonderful she is. she took my order very enthusiastically and very friendly. Our food was exactly how we ordered it not sure about the others and not only that but she had exactly what you would want in customer service skills, that I have not seen anywhere else. She went above and beyond to make my son happy with those cinnamon twists so thank you very much

If you're in Gallatin and need a quick bite, Taco Bell does the job. I swung by recently, and it was exactly what you'd expect—fast, tasty, and reliable. I grabbed a Crunchwrap Supreme and a couple of Doritos Locos Tacos. They were fresh, hot, and packed with flavor.

The staff was friendly especially the manager, and my food came out fast, even with a bit of a line. The place was clean, which is always a plus for a fast food spot.

Overall, if you're in a hurry and need a quick, tasty fix, Gallatin's Taco Bell is a solid choice.

As someone who goes their frequently I was disappointed to see that they don’t even manage what there giving to the customers. I had just got off work and wanted to stop here since I haven’t been in a minute, I usually eat in the parking lot so I can have a few minutes of peace to myself. I opened the bag and saw someone was just as hungry as I was and helped themselves haha. I went inside so I could ask for a refund she only gave me a refund for my hash brown. I had to literally ask for my whole meal to be refunded like come on common sense. Definitely won’t be going back there again.

This taco bell in particular is absolutely horrendous. For one, out of the four orders we have placed in the past month, all four have been incorrect and the food was ice cold. Two, my girlfriend is allergic to red meat and the substitutes we have listed on the order were not attended to and she couldn’t eat anything she ordered (even though one of the items was the VEGGIE jalepeño nacho fry tray). Wait times in line have been trechorous aswell, even waiting in line for 30 MINUTES with TWO people in front of me. All I have to say is, is that management please deal with getting new management or doing something to fix your third shift. I havent seen a worse crew or experience at any restaurant I have been at in my entire life. Thanks for the ted talk

My family visited the inside of tis restaurant and had a poor experience. The menu displayed the fiesta potatoes were 1.69 but rang up 2.59 and when I asked the Mgr about it he said the price is wrong on the menu. I told him that you have to honor the advertised price and he said No. I then told him he owed me money and he said the sign is wrong and the computer rings up the correct price. I then told him I would contact corporate since that feels dishonest keeping my money. We had also purchased some new Cantina chicken thing but they didn't have them so replaced them with something they had since it had already been rang out. The other issue is I ordered a hard shell taco with meat, cheese and rice yet they only gave us a taco with rice and cheese so we had to return to the counter. On a side note, I ordered a veggie Mexican pizza and the beans were just in the very center, not spread out, so the most of it was basically just cheese.
Just seems like you can do better, Taco Bell.

Lines can be really long during 11 AM to 1 PM. I got food poisoning once on Mar 1, 2024. Other than that it's pretty solid; never had a missing item.

I went out for food at 11 PM, and the store in Gallatin is supposed to close at 1 AM. Upon arrival, they said they were only handling Doordash and online orders. I left and parked in the Kroger parking lot right next to the store to order online. I completed my order and went back to pick it up, and this time, 5 minutes later, they told me they were closed because they were short-staffed. I find this completely unacceptable because they are not adhering to the store hours, nor to the information they had given just 5 minutes earlier. So, I can say that their late-night service is terrible.

This has got to be the nastiest taco bell i've ever been to. Old food and crumbs all over the place and under the counters, bathroom was disgusting (poop smeared on seat and wall and no hand soap (didnt notice this until ai was leaving). They put my food on a dirty tray with no paper, so I tossed half of my fries in the trash. The staff was extremely unfriendly and rude snd the food was absolutely terrible. They need to fire everybody there and rehire a whole new management team. When I first walked up to the counter, the supervisor (heavyset white guy with facial hair) said it will be a while or you can place your order on the kiosk like everyone else. He said it very rude. When I told him that it wouldn't let me customize my food, He rolled his eyes and turned his back on me. Then it was 5 or 6 mins before anyone took my order. The food was horrible. I will never go back to this location again. Just to be clear, there was no one inside the restaurant and maybe 3 cars in the drive through and 7 employees were working. Most standing around and no one was cleaning. Take a closer look at picture #7. That crud under the counter has been there for MONTHS if not years.
