It wasn’t. I asked her for it and she snapped at me “you gotta pay fer dat”. I said “ ok well I ordered it, so I should have paid for it, had I been rung up correctly” she goes back and forth on how she didn’t charge me for it and me stating I very clearly ordered it and she just didn’t ring it up. ?She does not need to be at the window working with customers!Also, chicken cantina quesadilla was half full and not even toasted properly on the outside like it has been every other time I’ve gotten it.

Been very patient with this place for dozens of deliveries, but I'm fed up. Learn to have someone working delivery or stop doing delivery. It doesn't get any more simple than that. I should not be waiting for 10 minutes for a burrito.

Taco Bell Breakfast items are very good! Nice flavor and quick service!
they make the food really well, they just never get my order right. i’m always missing something. at first it was nothing that big but now it’s really getting in my nerves. the most expensive thing i’ve ordered is missing. it’s happening almost every time now and im a regular customer there. disappointing :/
0830 on a Friday morning, with 6 staff members, but closed? And you couldn’t put up a sign, or turn your lighted signs off? It’s always awesome to sit for 15 minutes in pouring rain at the drive through call box with no idea you are closed. Thanks!!!

This location has zero supervision or management. The workers intentionally shutdown early and refuse to serve people. Prepare to wait 45 minutes in the drive thru. Shut down this location, please.
Horrible location. My boyfriend ordered a fair amount of food for us for dinner on the mobile app, and selected in store pickup. Upon arrival, all the doors to the store were locked with several employees inside. I watched the employees look at me from inside, knocked on the door, I even tried calling the location but could only get a busy tone. I saw employees standing around and texting on the phones, intentionally ignoring me. All I wanted was to pick up a mobile order, and it was nearly impossible. Finally, the manager came out to the door and said the doors are locked because they are short staffed, to which I told him that I just wanted my indoor mobile order that was it. Apparently this location is so overwhelmed and understaffed that they have to lock their doors even though there were several employees working and they weren’t so busy that they could stop and text though!
