Went in at 9pm to pick up a mobile order and they just never made it. I let them know I was there and waited 30 minutes before finally leaving and canceling the order.

I don’t know why this Karen gave a 1 star review. This is the best Taco Bell. It’s new, clean, fast, even the people are fresh and not stressed out. You should come and check it out for yourself, I recommend it!

Do not recommend. Customer service was awful very unprofessional. Stopped here at the new taco bell tonight after trick or treating with family and kids we ordered before the people we came with an they got their food an we kept waiting an they finished their food by this time 30 mins have passed an other people have walked in an already got their food while we’ve been waiting for over 30 mins I said something to them that we were still waiting an they kept saying it will be out in a minute we waited a whole hour before we were fed up we got a refund an they wouldn’t even refund us for our drink they didn’t apologize to us or anything they were too worried about the drive Thur they were very rude and unprofessional the guy up front I believe his name was James just kept walking back and forth looking at us like he knew an didn’t care. We thought it would be good being new an all but no mind you our order was very small it wasn’t even 20$ three tacos an two burritos my kids were very disappointed crying an upset an they were just laughing. I work in fast food I know how it is but when it’s like that your supposed to apologize and make it right they didn’t even care.
