The absolute worst BBQ in town! This honestly was not even BBQ. We got the rib plate and they were obviously boiled and just got some BBQ sauce rubbed on. Nasty! Don't let me get started on the chicken!!! Omg so tuff and hard to chew on with absolutely no flavor!! If you want fake BBQ then this is the spot. The customer service was also bad the lady had such a attitude. Definitely will not recommend to anyone.

Just have to say this is without a doubt the best BBQ in Sumner county! I stopped by to pick up some dinner and take home! Your staff has the best customer service of any restaurant in Gallatin! Corey, Hayden, and Aiden were working tonight! What a truly incredible team! You all should be so proud of your hard work! The Barbecue Pit will now be a weekly stop for my household! I work in property management in the area and will definitely be informing our residents about you guys! We also host several lunches for our team each month! We will definitely be adding you all to our team lunch list! Everything we had was absolutely incredible! BBQ baked potato, THE Dumpster, Mac and cheese, slaw, Oreo pudding, and don’t forget the greatest sweet tea of all time! I cannot say enough great things! Thank you!! ?

I really like the food at Bucks but we get a kick out of the service etc... the folks are scattered. They never write down orders and goodness knows what your paying but in the end the banana pudding is the best around. It's light and fluffy and always fresh. Buck's is pricey . The "free" sauce is about a thimble full and they give one per sandwich, the larger ones cost ya. The sandwich comes with no sauce, but they can add Mayo and pickles. I always get slaw added, which is vinegar not creamy, one side may come with it. The potato salad and baked beans are very good but they too come in small portions, but I think they offer larger sizes, it's just pricey. It is always piping hot when they give it to you, and my family is always satisfied with the taste. They have the small chewy nugget ice that is so good with their iced tea. They are friendly and they try to take the order right, but they do need to train the register people more:) We like it the taste so we give it a 5.

My wife and I eat ribs and/or barbecue a few times a year a Buck's, it's pretty good most of the time, especially the Brunswick stew and banana pudding. Not cheap for drive-through, but real bbq is labor intensive and meat is expensive, especially under this administration. Like I say, usually pretty good, and I know my bbq, having judged several cookoffs and eaten it all over the country, as well as making my own. However, on THIS visit, totally unacceptable. Order was large okra, large mac and cheese, two large banana puddings and two SLABS of ribs. Total $94.I mean, does this look like a "slab" of ribs? Note the grease pooled up. Don't call it a slab if you're going to pour a bunch of rib meat into a container and call it good. FYI, I slice my own ribs, I have no desire for this "rib stew" mess.No hickory or smoke flavor, more like boiled, bland and gross. For nearly $100!Nope.

Stuffed potato has cheese sauce not real cheese. If you like fake cheese you'll live it. If you are a real cheese fan like me, not so good.
