Vui's Kitchen - Gallatin

I though it was amazing! Needed a place to get a carb heavy lean meal before my gymnastics state championships and I’m glad I chose here. Got the Vui’s bowl with chicken and rice and it was delicious, super fresh and light. Anyway I recommend 100%

Another great experience at Vui’s in Gallatin, Amazing service, great menu options, fresh food, great management… I can’t say enough good things. If you’ve not been please check them out we want them to stick around for a long time! Don’t let the type of food that it is deter you, just trust me on this.

This is an amazing healthy restaurant. So much fresh, delicious food to choose from. Even healthier desserts. I especially love their thai/Chai sweet tea!

I go to Vui’s often for a healthy fast lunch. Better than just a salad you can get anywhere and is that salad even healthy? They have great staff there that makes sure you have what you need and enjoyed your experience! Fantastic and fresh!

the only thing better than the pho is the staff, and the pho is AMAZING!! some of the friendliest people i’ve had the pleasure of meeting and if you have a request or modification, they always make it happen with a smile. i was working on schoolwork and without having to ask, an employee told me where i could sit if i needed a plug. it was small but it was so kind that she went out of her way like that. i definitely recommend stopping in!!

SUPER FRESH!! I absolutely loved everything I tried here which included: basil limeade, vegan pho, edamame dumplings, tofu bao bun, and Thai noodles. I gave up meat for Lent and I have a hard time eating out as a vegetarian, but almost every menu item here is customizable to vegetarian or vegan! There’s truly something for everyone here and I will return as a meat eater to try even more! The staff were so kind as well in helping me pick what to eat. Thanks for a fantastic experience!

Friendly staff, and cute place overall. Food is not where it's at tho, I ordered beef noodle pho, the broth wasnt even hot enough to continue to cook the RAW meat, also was too busy with vegetables it massively lacked heart and flavor. it felt very just thrown together, for the price of the food i cant even beleive how bad it was tbh. Service was great tho.
