Went through the drive through today8/17/1025 at approximately 3:45 pm ordered two six piece nuggets and a Oreo brownie frosty. The girl on the drive through tried to keep my debit card and when I asked for it she said nice catch then slammed the window shut, then when she came back with my bag of food as soon as she handed to me and again slammed the window shut shut no frosty. Could not get her attention so had to park and go in to get it. Met with Nasty mood. No apologies. I have lived in the area for 25 years and would drive past this one and go the other one in town due to this always being sub par. Today I tried this location one last time. I will never go to this one again. How is this location still open? They can’t be profitable.

My family and I had a very disappointing experience at this location. When we went through the drive-thru, the employee had difficulty understanding our order, so we politely asked several times if we could place it at the window. Instead of accommodating, the worker was rude and dismissive.
What concerned us even more was that one of the drinks we received appeared to have been tampered with, which is a serious health and safety issue.
Professionalism and respect should always be a priority, and unfortunately this visit fell far below expectations. I hope management addresses this matter promptly so other customers do not have the same experience.

They need to shut this Wendy's down! It took forever for someone to take my order (be mindful only one car was in front of me). The person who took my order (who was the manager) got my order wrong. Instead of a Dave's Double, I got a CHEESEBURGER. My kids fruit punch boxes did not have the straws attached to them. I received 2 drink straws for what I don't know because I did not order any drinks. They just seem unorganized and unprofessional. Really bad experience. I will not be going back.

The manager at 12:18pm on July 18th 2025 was a complete jerk over a single exta sauce kept staring at us and had a horrible attitude felt very uncomfortable eating here because of it ... The cashier Brenda was super sweet honestly I think they should switch roles because of her alone I would consider eating here again him on the other hand I would absolutely avoid this place if I was this establishment I would get rid of him unless you want to lose sells #manager to manager this is not the correct way to run an establishment

I’d give a 0 picked up my order it was wrong I take it back and was told Charles have out the wrong food . They make my wrap the chicken is hard as hell and I asked for extra ranch barely got any . I thought why not try and give them another shot but nope definitely won’t be going there again

Literally always the worst. I have given them my last chance. Go ahead any Monday night pull up to the drive thru at 9 pm and just see. They always tell you it will be a few minutes and then you sit there for 5-10 minutes before they’re back to take your order. Either they are refusing to staff adequately or are trying to get people to leave. This location is TRASH.

My co-worker just pulled a fingernail out of her French fries started vomiting. I called spoke with manager I think... She was very rude...told me to tell her to bring her receipt she would refund her money. No apology nothing. I bet they didn't even look for who lost a nail or cleaned anything. Also two employees smoking in drive-thru lane. Very slow and very rude. Do better Wendy's. I will call corporate for her after I finish cleaning her vomit off our warehouse floor. Sorry for being so blunt but it needed to be said .
