Don't go to this place!!! I just left from the drive thru. I'm highly allergic to all tomato products. I ask the person to please change gloves. He said my sandwich doesn't even come with tomatoes and I don't even need to bring that up!!! Really sir you go to the hospital with seizures!!! I have never been treated this rudely over my allergy.

Ordered a medium Dr.Pepper and 10 piece nugget…never asked me if I wanted a key tag…? Nor did I receive one…so charged me a dollar more and received no key tag…This is the second time they have done this…first time I let it go…very frustrating…

This is the best fast food place to spend your bucks. Every body has their preference, but if your looking for that main ingredient that is missing from all the rest of the fast food chains Wendys on Main Street they have its Love, you can request extra and its free.
Charles is the best at customer service! He’s always making sure everyone is in place and customers do not have to wait. His attitude is so positive and he’s always smiling maintaining a positive environment. We need more people like him. Thank you for another positive experience!

I asked them to remove 2 items from a burger I ordered, low and behold those 2 things are on the burger. How are you going to complain about wanting more money when you can't follow and listen to simple instructions. I think the chicken wrap was made by someone that has never used a tortilla before. This is sad.
They are very friendly staff and usually do a great job on the food. They gave me a wrong burger last time but it was the only time they have messed up with my order.

The most DISGUSTING bunch of workers with absolutely NO training on how to treat customers. I’ve already put in a complaint to corporate for both the manager and little girl on headset for their behaviors. Bad enough I handed their food back and drove off

Extremely disrespectful workers, especially the lady working the drive through. Asked one question and was met with extreme hostility, disrespectful attitude and ignorance. Manager allowed that type of environment, and participated in it by not speaking up, manager was not professional at all. 10/10 do not recommend
