This is a review on Wendy's food and service delivered through Uber Eats. Through no fault of the driver's, the food I received was not worth what I spent. I can deal with the buffet and fries being cold. But when you pay $7 for a small Frosty, you expect a frosty. Here's a little advice, from someone that is also a courier..... If someone orders a frosty, slush, shake, ice cream, etc. never make it before the delivery driver arrives. Don't let it sit with the hot food and allow it to melt. No one wants melted iced cream.

Ordered a taco salad, received just the salad. Had to ask for my chili & chips. Was given my chili, then I was informed that there were no chips! You should have stated that when I placed my order! Why would I get a taco salad without the chips? So I just got a tiny size chili & a side salad for the price of a taco salad? Should have taken it back inside for something else but was frustrated & not happy at this point! No straw, no Salas or sour cream. Will not be going back.

Ordered doordash at this location. Was missing literally have our order. The dasher told me to call the store to see if they have it and she offered to even go back to get it. The person who answered told me to report it missing and hung up on me.
7/2/24. Ordered...and got the wrong sandwich. Went to get the right one, and was asked what was supposed to be on my crispy chicken BLT that I ordered off the menu that I did not get. I have never been asked what was on a sandwich that was on the menu in that manner before. Crispy chicken BLT is a popular item and management should already know what's on it
