I rarely leave reviews but my experience tonight deserves one.The service at this location flat out SUCKS. My group of 4 came in at 7:15 and left at 7:35 without a single employee even acknowledging our existence. Not once did anyone say sorry for your wait or we'll be with you in a moment in fact I even made eye contact with an employee so I know they knew we were there. I even knocked on the counter and was still ignored. I deal with the public at my hob every day and not once have I ignored a customer like that.

Boy oh boy that patty melt was HEAT son and the guy taking orders for the drive through was mad chill, bro was a vibe for sure. Lil homie with the tattoos on his forearm and brown hair had me covered. I won’t say to much I’ll just say my guy hooks it up fr.

Genuinely so frustrating to go here. Every time the drive thru takes forever, but not only that they never get orders right. I can only speak for myself but every time I go here or order delivery from here, the order is always wrong. Whether they don't add the sauces I pay extra for, completely make my burger plain after I specifically say I want it all the way, forgetting key things in my delivery, and more. It doesn't matter if I order delivery, on drive through, or go in person. I don't ask for much and I hate complaining, but I am at awe on how it gets messed up every single time.

More training please help them balance the time since In Texas where Whatabuger restaurants are plenty They get it right! Even the MC Donald’s down the street has hot fries
