The wings were smaller than gas station wings, literally smaller than my thumb. (I wear a size small glove.) The wings were also over cooked. Called the store to inform them of the issues and they were rude. They would not let me speak to a manager or give me their name.

My gf is a allergic to lemon pepper wings we told them they couldn’t have them then the person in the back proceeded to throw them back in the fryer and and handed them back to us then we had to give them back so they could make new wings very rude the guy in the back was highly upset because the wings had to be remade the front counter lady she was alright she actually asked me to get them freshly remade

So I went here tonight expecting to get the 30$ special order I paid for and got totally opposite. The last time i complained they ask me to bring the food back as if I was lying so 4 months later here it is again I ask for my wings to be hard and extra crispy and this is what I got ‼️ I just didn’t want to call a second time and have to wait because they felt I wasn’t being truthful so here it is wingstop mushy wings again‼️

Really not much of an atmosphere. The wings are decent. Service was not super. There wasn't really any pleasantries and you can see the people cooking wiping their noses with the backs of their hands, no gloves.
This is sad! I’m frustrated with lazy people! Anyone who would send old food out of their store like this should not be in the business. We spent over $30.00 and this is the corn they sent me! The wings were ok but this is wrong! People too work to hard for their money to get trash!

Most Andres female young with face piercing was rude. Didn't listen to my order. Then when I corrected her when she repeated something wrong she smerked and went and told her manager I had a attitude when she literally was making up what I said. The food is always good here but the service is hit or miss. Definitely need to upgrade their people skills.
