Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

We went through the drive thru and asked for a basket of fries. What we got was a regular order, and the lady taking our money and giving us our food didn't even smile and seem friendly.

I've loved Zaxbys for as long as I can remember. But over the last year I keep trying the food at this location and it is absolutely terrible. Chicken is dry and mostly breading. Yeah Zaxbys, we noticed you changed your chicken! Anyways, the bread is super thin and usually stale. Same with the fries. What happened Zaxbys. Please fix yourselves. 2 stars. Should be 1 star but we have a long history.

We ordered the Chipotle chicken tacos, grilled chicken sandwiches and fries. The food was hot and the restaurant was very clean. We got our food pretty quick too.

Most of the time the service is awful but this time they were great. They even messed up part of the order and still were pleasant..

If I could give zero Stars I would! I ordered four chicken tenders, fries, coleslaw, and veggie egg rolls. Everything was old except the coleslaw.The fries were so salty they were inedible. Honestly, they should be embarrassed serving food of that quality.

Super inconsistent service. Some days it's great and fast and you get what you ordered. However, I'd say roughly half of my visits end up with me pulling ahead and sitting for a while just to STILL find something wrong when I get home. If you ask them to swap the cole slaw with anything, even if the drive-thru worker confirmed it and it was on your receipt, most of the time it'll still be cole slaw. Same with any extra sauces (that they seem to never forget to CHARGE you for). Even when they do get everything correct, quality still varies a lot. Sometimes the chicken is really dry, sometimes the tenders are miniscule, sometimes the whole plate (chicken, fries, AND toast) is just way too oversalted. If you order the cheese bites, you might get a container-full or you might get less than 10. (they also tend to taste like whatever else was cooked in that fryer; cheesecake bites, shrimp, etc.) If Gallatin ends up with a Raising Cane's, Slim Chickens, or really any other tender place, it'll be the go-to.

Asked could they cook the food, especially Fries, well done( you don’t want to say, make my fries golden brown or even a little bit crispy) , since they are mostly undercooked, not crispy or golden, soft and mushy, can they not tell or what is the problem with their fries when they used to be so good? This is what ruins restaurants. . Their food ends up so different from the beginning that made them National that it ends up closing them.

i don’t know why i keep coming back here every time i have came whether it’s when they first open or during the day my food is always the same! it’s NEVER fresh and the order i just received was RIDICULOUS! i will never come back to this zaxby’s! when i come inside the workers aren’t friendly and always talking amongst each other and letting the food sit in the window!

They constantly get my food wrong

Zaxby's is one of my favorite fast food places, and so I keep any complaints I have about little things normally to myself. Today it took 3 team members to explain to me they don't know how to scan the app I use every single time I come. Please get your team some basic training.
