I visited on not a typical day. Visiting on the day of the 50th annual Christmas Parade, the sidewalks were packed and not to much going on inside the shops. Service was great, I was greeted with a smiling friendly face, she promptly took my order and just as quickly received my order and was ready to go back to the sidewalks.
The pretzels were warm and soft with just enough salt. If you enjoy a soft warm pretzel then this would be the ideal place

We were there yesterday on our way out of TN, couldn't leave until we got some pretzels! They were warm, fresh, and delicious! Also, the woman who was our cashier was an insanely sweet person, she had blonde hair and was maybe in her early 40s or so, I can't remember her name for the life of me and I sincerely apologize for that but she was what made our experience there even more awesome. Always always always a certified snack when on vaca and away!! You know they have the best pretzels in town!! Who you kiddin?? We love the Cinnamon and regular and the minis are so darn cute you gotta get them too!!!!
