We were there yesterday on our way out of TN, couldn't leave until we got some pretzels! They were warm, fresh, and delicious! Also, the woman who was our cashier was an insanely sweet person, she had blonde hair and was maybe in her early 40s or so, I can't remember her name for the life of me and I sincerely apologize for that but she was what made our experience there even more awesome. Always always always a certified snack when on vaca and away!! You know they have the best pretzels in town!! Who you kiddin?? We love the Cinnamon and regular and the minis are so darn cute you gotta get them too!!!!

My daughter, and I stopped in for a quick snack on our recent trip to Gatlinburg, and the staff remembered us from our last trip to Gatlinburg, and made us feel right at home. The pretzels were amazing, and we’re hot and fresh and ready to go. my daughter was impressed that they remembered us, and with the amount of people they see every day, that made her feel really special.
