I’m extremely disappointed with my recent visit to this Baskin-Robbins. My mom specifically informed the employee ahead of time that she needed a gluten-free cone, due to her having celiac disease. He assured her they had gluten free cones, but we later found out Baskin-Robbins does not carry any gluten-free cones. This isn’t just poor customer service, its dangerous for people with gluten intolerance or celiac disease. Lying about something like that can seriously affect someone’s health and is unacceptable.

While, my sister and her friends were getting ice cream, the employees were rude, condescending (laughing in their faces), unprofessional (banging spoons to get attention). On top of the poor quality staff, the ice cream was too liquidy and not worth the price.

The employees at this place will rip you off. My girlfriend and I bought two ice cream cones, one scoop for mine and two scoops for hers, and they charged us over $30 for our ice cream. At the cash register, we were told it would be $20. After calling them and telling the store what we ordered, the nice gal on the phone told us that would've added up to $20, as he said. The problem being: we were charged over $30. It was a larger man who was working the register that evening, on the 22nd of July, and he gave himself a very gracious tip against our will. Absolutely unreal business practice. I wish nothing but the worst for the man who tipped himself $10 on my girlfriend's card, unbeknownst to her.
I will continue to update this review with further information regarding the dispute that is ensuing following the actions that took place on the late evening of July 22nd at the Baskin Robbins on the Gatlinburg Strip.

This place is a total rip-off, condescending employees, place was filthy, let you order an ice cream cone before they tell you the cone is extra, really?, what are you supposed to eat it out of, your hands? And they charge you a completely ridiculous charge for it, I knew Gatlinburg was going to be a tourist trap going in, but, come on, it's frickin ice cream, not a filled mignon.

Prices are high. $6+ for single scoop. They do not accept BR gift cards. They offer samples for tasting. $2.5 extra for waffle cone. And get this 35cents extra for getting your scoop in a regular cup which was quite unnecessary.

Extremely unprofessional, unenthusiastic and rude. This store shouldn’t be in a tourist spot for the way they behave. The guy who was working on the evening of new year’s day sounded like a bully. It was definitely shocking that it was an okay standard for BR.
I ordered a chocolate milkshake, and I got milk with a little chocolate. Almost flavorless, more expansive, and bad quality Baskin Robin's I went. It's ok be expansive if at minimall keep the same quality of another Baskin Robin's locations.
