We stopped by on a whim and are so glad we did! The ice cream was absolutely delicious — creamy, flavorful, and clearly made with love. Every flavor we sampled was a hit (seriously, try the [insert your favorite flavor here] — life-changing), and the shop itself had such a welcoming, fun vibe.
Huge shoutout to Grayson, who made our visit extra special. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and had amazing recommendations. You can tell he really loves what he does and cares about the customer experience. The way he described each flavor made us want to try everything!
We’ll definitely be back — not just for the ice cream, but for the energy and service Grayson brought to the place. Thanks for making our night!

I’ve always enjoyed Ben & Jerry’s but unfortunately, my recent experience was disappointing. I found a hair in my ice cream which was quite off-putting. I understand that mistakes can happen, but I sincerely hope the staff will consider implementing hairnets or other hygiene measures to prevent this from happening to other customers. Cleanliness is really important, especially in food service, and I’d love to continue enjoying Ben & Jerry’s without concerns. Hoping for improvements in the future!

20$ for two small cups is ridiculous, we went because it was the only shop still open but my jaw hit the floor when I checked out I could of went and got 3 pints for less then this I know there’s overhead but your ice cream isn’t that good to charge this price Yes I understand that but when it’s the same ice cream you can get in the grocery store for half/1/3 rd of the price.
