We have been coming to Bennett's for many years and it used to be the best for babyback ribs. The last two times we ate here, it was not at all good. The "babyback" ribs my husband ordered this time were barely edible. They appeared to be spare ribs, not babybacks. They were undercooked and did not taste like they had been smoked or barbequed. To make matters worse, the prices keep going up...We are undecided if we will eat here again. I saw another review regarding dogs in the restaurant. I was also there the night the dogs were allowed. I asked the "manager" and she informed me they were not allowed to ask questions, just deal with it. The dogs were yapping and all over the table and benches where human's dine. It was obvious that the people with the dogs did not need emotional support or service. They were ungroomed people who expected the dogs to be accepted with no explanation. After more thought, I seriously doubt that I will be back. Bad service, substandard food that is overpriced.

At this price point, there are multiple better options in the area. Our waiter was fantastic and the atmosphere was great, however, the food was very poor quality for the $30 per person price point. The food came out cold and drenched the oil as if it was reheated.

We came here for dinner on and Crystal was our waitress and she was AMAZING!! We were a party of 30 ppl with split checks and all parties sitting randomly and Crystal had all Together and was doing everything by herself!! We appreciated her efficiency! The food was good and will comeback here again!!

We came down (from ND) for my sons Football tournament, I did a Google search and found this place and it sounded good, great reviews and pictures looked delicious! It did not disappoint, the BBQ sauce was amazing, meat was cooked to perfection, Mac and cheese was great and so was the collar greens!!! Our server was also very friendly and helpful with questions we were asking him.

I want to start with i found this place on Google maps by it's ratings and reviews, they do it justice because the food was amazing, the prices are fair and the sauces are great. I took home a jar of "mustards last stand" it was so good. I will definitely eat here every time I come to Gatlinburg.
