Went to the Gatlinburg restaurant yesterday, will never be back! No waitress, had to wait on ourselves. Ordered dough daddies and they were burnt and very chewy, not at all like they used to be! Our pizza's crust was burnt in places too. Nobody checked on us, we had to order our own food and we couldn't even find anyone who would stop at our table long enough for us to complain. We got our own carry out box, took the leftover pizza with us and threw it away later!

Ate there last night. It was the worst pizza we ever had. The pizza looked like you used a piece of cardboard with a splattering of cheese on it. When your server asked if we needed a box for what we wouldn't eat I said Absolutely not. (I did not want to put more trash in the landfill)
The servers were professional and friendly, but the food was absolutely inedible.
