To go order, cashier was friendly, food was bad, wings where burned no flavor at all and super small we could eat them. Pizza was just okay, don't understand how this place is rated as "the best in town " (that's why we choose them) i didn't come to get my money back because I was already at the hotel but definitely not eating from there again.

I would definitely recommend this place and it’s really close to the hotels on the strip. Very friendly people and just a great atmosphere. Pizza was great and wings were also very tasty.
Kid-friendliness: Seems family oriented. But that might be different at certain times not sure we went late evening.
Wheelchair accessibility: Door is right by the sidewalk. No stairs.

It's blah, ok at best, weird part is the "wood" fired pizza oven is a gas oven...
Another reviewer commented on how small the wings were, I have never seen such small wings, words don't describe the size, they were super blah.

Big Daddy's pizza is so great at this location! We tried it a few years ago in Pigeon Forge and really enjoyed the food so when we visited Pigeon Forge in May 2024 we tried to go there again and had a problem with the parking and long wait times. The Big Daddy's on River Rd fixed all that. No long wait time, food and service were great. We love the Great White pizza, a 10 inch was plenty for 2. However, we did need parking because we were staying close by, I didn't see dedicated parking so that could be an issue. Otherwise it was great.

We got the sweet and spicy wings. They were the smallest wings you could imagine. Like tiny baby pigeon wings. I don't think the picture does it justice. Very small wings. The sauce was really good but the wings were dry from being tiny and overcooked. That's why I only gave 4 stars. Husband got a small great white pizza. It was really good. Lots of flavor. I got the big dill. I love pickles so I figured it would be amazing! It was decent. I think the actual dill leaves or whatever made it a little weird. I would try a different pizza next time for sure.. We asked for some ranch but once we got the food back to the hotel we realized we didn't get the ranch. The were really busy so I get that things can be forgotten. No big deal. We would definitely eat there again. Just no pigeon wings next time! Lol
