Bigfoot Philly Cheesesteaks

Decided to give this place a try and won’t be going back. When we first walked in you would have everyone in our party had 3 heads the way the people sitting at the tables looked at us. I felt like we were in the movie Deliverance and could hear the banjos in the background. The guy taking orders told us he didn’t have time right then to take our orders, handed us a menu, and told us to wait outside. We almost left but decided to stay and give it a try. We thought they would come outside and take our orders but nope, we had to walk back in and place our orders at the same window as before.
My wife and I ordered the chicken and cheesesteak and others in our party ordered burgers and steak cheesesteaks along with fries and onion rings.
After about 15 minutes, they brought out the two chicken cheesesteaks …no fries. After another 5 minutes they brought out all the fries. Then after another 5 minutes the rest of the sandwiches came out.
To be fair, the portions were very large but our chicken cheesesteaks had no flavor, just a hoagie, huge pieces of chicken, a few onions, and cheese. No peppers, mushrooms or anything else. The pieces of chicken were so big you couldn’t eat it as a sandwich so we just picked the chicken and cheese out with a fork. Not to mention the chicken was very dry and chewy, so it was hard to eat. Suggestion to the owner- Chop up your chicken and add some flavor to it!
The other sandwiches were decent but nothing to brag about. Glad we tried it but definitely won’t be going back.

First time trying this place out and really enjoyed the food. The sandwiches were stuffed with meat and cheese and delicious. Our son tried the ice cream and love it. We will be going back.

Hands down, BEST Philly I’ve ever had in my life. Dude working was super cool, very kind, wasn’t packed crowded at all. Crab fries were so good. Will recommend this place and will miss it!!

Do yourself a favor and go eat here! The owner is very friendly and makes the best Philly I've ever eaten! Can't wait to go back and try another. They offer many options on the Philly and also other foods

Worst Philly I ever ate if you like an onion sandwich you love it! The grease was terrible!! Not only that waited over a hour just to get our food and paid 51 dollars for a whole sub fries and a drink…Love Gatlinburg been going for years this was our first bad experience in Gatlinburg we’ll never go again!

Another great local place to eat is at Bigfoot Philly Cheesesteaks located in Sevierville, TN. Absolutely delicious cheesesteaks, pizzas, wings, and more. Great price for huge portions as well. The staff was also very prompt and friendly. We will definitely be back!

We had the supreme, chicken cheese, burger, chili cheese fries and a Philly. Everything was delicious, and hot when arrived. Friendly staff and I assume owner. We will definitely return.

Person taking order was rude. Got my order wrong. Order without onions but it had them on it. Subs has lots of meat but it was ok not great

Waited over thirty minutes and no one even served us. No a lot of seating and there is just a window to go to. Waited at the window to order and was told to go have a seat. Apparently there was a large group ahead of us. We told them we were ready to order but was still told to go sit. Sat outside for over thirty minutes and actually came back in multiple times to see about ordering and all they said was sit down and wait. The large group was not even ready to order and the whole group was not even there yet. Don't understand why they could not just take the order of others while waiting for the large group to be ready l. We were not the only group told to wait.

The area was a bit crowded (not people but furnishings). The food was hot, but I found it odd that we received our fries 7-8 minutes before the sandwich. The portions are generous and are appropriate to the prices. I would go back again if the opportunity presented itself.
