I'm plant based so not many opinions for me but I have to rave about the sweet potato waffle fries!! Oh my gosh they were soooo good! They were very unique (cinnamon &sugar dusted)

First the the restaurant is on the second floor and not handicapped accessible to my knowledge or was not made aware by signage or by the hostess. It's a lot of stairs. The hostess told us to go up the stairs so we did. And then the bathrooms are on the 3rd floor so if you want to wash your hands before dinner there's that....

The rest may be just a bad night or luck. None of us enjoyed our food. I got the pit master burger that has a ridiculous amount of stuff on it. It was all bland/unseasoned across the table or worse in the case of the ribs. The ribs are pull apart and tender, but they put a 1/2 inch thick dry rub on them before smoking/steaming and then left that on and covered it in bbq sauce. Very much a eating wet sand experience. It was bad, no one took their leftovers. The onion rings appetizer was good although the menu shows panko breading and what we got was battered.

Our server was awful. He took our orders and brought our first drinks, the manager brought our food and we never got checked on again. The server brought our check without asking and my whole group had to ask for our first refil after sitting for an hour.

If not for circumstances and being with family I would have made a big stink and not paid for any of it. Server got a dollar tip.

Decided to try this restaurant due to its nice patio seating that overlooked the down town Gatlinburg. We were directed to the third floor. There was no employee at the hostess stand when we arrived and only one employee who was working the bar. We had to wait to be seated while the bartender cashed out another patron and seated another couple. Once seated we ordered drinks and dinner. Ordered the meat loaf that was claimed to be smoked. The attached picture will show the presentation or lack there of. Took the first bite and instantly tasted a bitter rancid flavor. The meat had not been smoked, instead the used liquid smoke and way to much of it. It was the worst meatloaf I have ever attempted to eat. When my wife told the waitress she crumbled up the check and said “I wish you would have told me sooner. Now I have to find a manager.” They did remove the meatloaf off the bill, but never apologized. The experience was less then pleasant.

Place was nice and service was good but the meal was a little disappointing. Small portions for the price and nothing really special about the flavor. Pictures are of the 'Smokey Mountain Grille' chicken breast with bacon, BBQ sauce and cheese and it comes with only 1 side. My wife got her BBQ sauce on the side. My mashed potatos were dry and I had to ask for butter to soften and flavor them up a little.

I'll start out with the waitress was very friendly and welcoming. She stayed on top of everything. We got our food pretty quick. It wasn't terribly busy it was a Wednesday evening about 5pm. I had the fish and chips. It was cooked perfectly however I didn't care for it. Tasted sweet. My son had the catfish he didn't care for it either same thing cooked good but in our opinion they ruined the taste with whatever they seasoned with, his girlfriend got an Hamburger she said it was good. All an all I say this is a good place and it wasn't that our food wasn't prepared right or cold, just didn't care for the taste.

The service was great, chicken was awful. Got the lemon pepper wings and didn’t even get wings, they were nuggets that weren’t even fried. Texture felt like they were grilled and doused in seasoning. It was so bad we had to return it and got chicken tenders instead and it also was not crispy, nor were the fries. The onion rings are good but that’s about it.

The food was definitely the best part- we got the Fish&Chips and the French Dip. The onion rings were SO GOOD. It was all hot and very well seasoned! The service was good and fast (for 130pm on a Sept Saturday) , not pushy or rude. We will definitely be back when we bring friends & family down to vacation!!

The food was ehh. I ordered the Cobb Salad with Smokey Turkey. The turkey was sooo dry. My Husband had the Sloppy Jose, we have no clue what made it any different from a sloppy Joe. The appetizer nachos were quite good, that and the service is the reason this place gets 3 stars.
