Good food and good service. And we had a nice view of the busy sidewalk one level below.

I absolutely love trying new places while traveling and this spot is a total winner. Everyone loved their food and I can't stop myself from drooling at my own photos. So good and so worth it. Brisket Mac and cheese is an absolute must!!!

Ambiance and setting was solid. Service above average, Sierra was a great waitress. That said, the food was just beyond the quality of hospital food and overpriced.

We came for the first time over summer. We are here again so a group of us decided to go back since we had a great experience the last time. This time we waited over an hour to be seated then another hour ish for food. My food came and there was hair in my coleslaw and on a fry. I told the waiter and he immediately took the food back. However when he told the kitchen about it a man that helped bring the food out stared at me with a dirty look. Then within 2 mins my plate was brought back to me. The only thing they did was fake the fries off the plate and put new ones back one. We were sitting with a view into the kitchen. I could barely eat after that I was so disgusted. I was told they remade my entire meal but in two minutes that’s unrealistic plus the tossed tenders were like warm at best. I’m not sure we will be back after this. We weren’t even offered anything for hair being in the food.

Enjoyed everything about our experience here! Waitress was very attentive! Sweet tea was amazing! I had the tossed (sweet teriyaki) chicken tenders basket; came with a cup of coleslaw and fries. The slaw wasn't quite as sweet as I like but it was okay. It was very creamy. Oh and the fried pickles were on point. They had a special ranch dipping sauce-- probably homemade, not like a typical ranch. It was great!! And my daughter had the regular tenders. Great portions as well!! The tenders were huge! (Picture doesn't really do it justice).
Will definitely visit again on our next trip to Gatlinburg, TN!

Food is good however I called with an issue and was given poor support. Sorry doesn't fix my food order. Guess I'll say sorry, I won't be eating at any of the restaurants in the group. Sorry for finding other places to eat lunch or dinner at 2-3 times a week. Sorry.

The food at this restaurant was decent, but it’s not what I’d consider a standout or a must-visit spot. While everything tasted fine and was prepared well, there wasn’t anything that truly wowed us or left a lasting impression. It’s the kind of place where you’d leave satisfied, but not necessarily raving about the experience.

One highlight of the restaurant is the lookout at the top, which adds a nice touch to the atmosphere. It seems like a great place to relax with friends, share some food, and enjoy a drink while taking in the view. I could see this being a go-to spot for casual gatherings, thanks to the ambiance.

Our group ordered a variety of dishes, including burgers, wings, salads, and fried catfish. All of us were happy with what we ate—everything was cooked well and flavorful. The portions were fair, and the prices were reasonable, which is always appreciated. While the food was satisfying, it lacked that special something that would make me eager to return or recommend it as a must-try.

What really stood out, however, was the service. The staff was friendly, attentive, and accommodating throughout our visit. It’s clear they care about making guests feel welcome, and that definitely enhanced the overall experience.

That being said, while the service and ambiance were good, the food itself didn’t leave a strong enough impression for me to give this place more than 3 stars. It’s not bad by any means—it’s just not a place I’d go out of my way to recommend. If you’re in the area and looking for a casual meal with good service, it’s worth checking out, but I wouldn’t call it a must-visit destination.

Walked in to the hostess and asked to see the menu and even asked for a kids menu. I read the menu and asked how long the wait is. She then sighed and said they’re not taking names anymore. She could’ve led with that from the start.
