Went in as a group of 4. Ribs were very grisly and overcooked. Chicken tenders were dry. Food came out fast. Beers were good. Consider it a tourist trap

Went in this evening. Expecting another wonderful experience as my girlfriend and I did the first time. However that was not the experience we received tonight. And after paying you $50. I didn't even get an apology. The BARTENDER was out waiter!!!! I asked for a cranberry and vodka. I received straight vodka. I asked for my sandwich to be made a certain way, came to me completely wrong. When I notified the bartender he said ok I gotchu then continued to stay in the kitchen chatting up the cooks for about 10 mins. I spoke with one of the HOSTESSES who did nothing but let the bartender know we were ready to leave. I went back downstairs to speak with the main hostess at the front of the building who did apologize and contacted others with a walkie who informed her and myself that the manager was "too busy and taking inventory" to be bothered with a customer complaint. She then asked me to go back to the floor I was sitting on where no one seemed concerned about the upset customer that was asked go back upstairs. I boxed my untouched food left no tip and trotted back down the steps. Left my meal with the original hostess and told them dinner was on me. IM COMPLETELY DISAPPOINTED. WE WILL NEVER VE BACK. ?

Came here for our last night in Gatlinburg. The food was absolutely amazing. The au jus that came with my French dip was loved by all. The sweet potato fries have cinnamon sugar sprinkled on top, so good. It was like dessert! Every staff member was very friendly. And the prices were great. Best priced dinner around.

Stopped in here for lunch. Nice vibe and quick service, but the food was just OK. I got the Fajita Dog, which was very plain - maybe that's on me, but I didn't see any grill marks on it. Cheese also made it a soggy mess to eat. The others I was with liked their food, but it wasn't anything revolutionary.

Stopped here for lunch with the family while visiting the town. It was ok. We ordered appetizers and food. After waiting a decent amount of time, our food arrived. I asked about the appetizers and thr server said the food runner went home for the day and it grabbing it never crossed his mind. I asked him to just cancel it at that point.The food was ok, it was nothing impressive of anything that will make me go back. The atmosphere was pretty cool. Big TV to watch some games. Service was mediocre.

Was wanting some thing different for our group. We set on the balcony and our server was great. Now the food. Wow was so good. Crispy fries, slaw dog, ribs, Mac and cheese etc. So good. Thank you
