We should’ve known when we walked in and were the only ones there that this was not the best option for lunch. Our waiter barely opened his mouth to speak and was hard to understand. He was also not attentive to us at all. When we ordered our food, we were the only party in the restaurant and STILL waited 45 minutes for the food to come out. When the food did come out, we were disappointed in the quality. The prices are high for the quality of the food served, and the amount of food. Our appetizer was barely warm and the chicken pieces were chewy. Ultimately, we were very disappointed with our visit.

Our server was great. This was our first time eating here. The food was overpriced for the quality. I had the chicken linguini and there was at least a 1/2 cup of oil on/in it. My husband had the fried platter and there wasn’t any flavor. It is a fun atmosphere for Forrest Gump lovers, but the food was just eh.

Don’t come here and schedule reservations. We came and didn’t get seated for 2 hrs and were here right on time. Had to wait in the cold with 2 pregnant women and 3 kids. Just bad service.

I expected a lot more from this place because of the name. The food wasn't bad but did not wow me nothing I would want to eat again when the area is full of way better restaurants. The prices were high seeing as how the food wasn't great and I had to listen to the server complain about the job the entire meal and tell me about her wage. Also the weight was very long they said 20 minutes and it took 40 and the place had a lot of empty seats in it would not go again or recommend.
Maybe hire some servers that actually clean up and dress professional. Customers don’t want someone who looks like they just rolled out of bed.

My wife and I have dined at several Bubba Gump locations. Very disappointed with this one. Lady upfront didn’t know what she was doing. Told her we had a reservation, she said “I don’t know” very rudely. She had lost her reservation pad. Next person was confused on where to seat us. Plenty of tables available. Our server was ok. You could tell he wasn’t happy to be there. Just not thrilled with this location. Like walking into a circus.

Decor is fun and unique collections. Most everyone in my group ordered shrimp and were happy. Unfortunately I ordered a strawberry salad that was mushy and consisted of 3 mushy strawberries. Please do not sell me an item that should be fresh and green as mushy and labeled as a "strawberry" salad where I cant find the strawberries . Would not ever order a salad here again. But if I am in the mood for fried seafood, yes, would go there. Staff was friendly. I would have prefered not to be charged for such a terrible salad but was looked at in shock that I said something....by both the staff and people I was with. Apparently ....I've now been told that in the South you politely just dont say anything because its "awkward" for those around you. Sorry, I dont beat around the truth.....the salad was gross. Enough said......just dont order a salad here. Ill post a picture and you can play find Waldo with the strawberries in it....and make you own assesment. Would Bubba Gump have sat there pretending to see strawberries....nope,I dont think so. I wasnt rude....just asked the waiter if it was something he would eat. Ceviche was good.
