We had the crab and shrimp boil It was okay. Could have use the little more sausage in the ingredients? The server was good. I would go back and try something different and would recommend a place.

Was very disappointed about my crab and shrimp boil. My crablegs were rubbery,the corn was crunchy,and the potatoes were hard. I told the waitress they needed to do better and she blue me off. This place is a hit or miss now days. It's not even a boil in a bag anymore they bring it to your table in a pot you eat out of.

Bubba Gump Shrimp Co is a very unique restaurant based on Forrest Gump and his life! It's very uniquely decorated with movie photos and decor related to his shrimp boat & the captain. Food is very good. Our server was very friendly and knew the menu well. Prices.....well everything is high priced! We really enjoyed eating and visiting here.
Got the fish and chips. Fries were excellent, but the fish was either overcooked or they hadn't changed their oil.

This is the 4th time we have ate at a Bubba Gump. We love the atmosphere and food. However, the food was not the quality we have had in the past. I’m not saying we wouldn’t try it again. Not this establishments fault but Gatlinburg has definitely changed over the years. You couldn’t go anywhere without marijuana being blown in your face. Not the place I’d want my kids in. However, the service and atmosphere were great!
