We recently went the burg for our daughter’s birthday dinner. This was our first time eating at the burg. The food was amazing, especially the prime rib. I eat prime rib many places and this was by far the BEST prime rib I have ever had! The salad and hot bars were also very yummy. The only negative thing we experienced was the bottled ranch dressing. Please make your own ranch it would taste 100 times better! We will definitely be back.

This is by far the best place to eat in Gatlinburg. My husband and I ate here back in 2021 and loved it, we haven’t had a chance to get back to Gatlinburg until now 2024 and this restaurant was definitely one of the things I was looking forward to. We always go for lunch and add the buffet and this is the only place that actually allows you to bring home leftovers from your buffet. So I always have my salad and usually part of my meal to bring back to have later for our dinner. The food is really really good and we have never had bad service here. If you have never tried this place, give them a shot, I highly recommend this place.

The prices are high for quality. We took my son to Gatlinburg for his 10 birthday he wanted a steak for his birthday lunch what he got was Frozen bagged fries and poorly cut cheap quality of steak they tried to pass off as strip for 18 dollar kids portion. We know it's not a good cut or quality since my husbands been a professional meat cutter for 25+ years. Would not recommend. The waiter acted annoyed that he was waiting on us just overall bad experience.

My wife and I stopped while on vacation. What a great find! We shared a burger, paid $6 for an extra plate and both left stuffed. Buffet is very well stocked - potatos, sweet potatoes, salads, soups, Brownies- excellent, Eastland was our server - excellent, couldn't have been better. Even a free brownie to go! Don't miss this place!
