They are great!! They have free samples try em I’m sure you’ll end up buying something (:
Cookies are great however Moĺli, your employee needs another job not working with the public. Her disposition is so sour it reflects over to your customers.
It was great
Byrd’s Famous Cookies is a delightful surprise tucked into downtown Gatlinburg. The staff are warm and generous with samples, and the variety of flavors—from Key Lime Coolers to Cheddar Pecan Biscuits—makes it hard to leave empty-handed. The cookies are bite-sized, crisp, and packed with flavor, perfect for gifting or snacking on the go. It’s a must-stop for anyone with a sweet tooth or looking for a local treat with personality. The store layout is clean and inviting, with seasonal packaging and gift sets that make browsing enjoyable. Prices are fair, and the staff are happy to help you explore new flavors without pressure.
Decent cookies if don t like them soft! Almost 20 dollars for the small bag is really expensive even for the area. Do let you sample them so get your moneys worth.
They're soooooooo Good 👍
Might just be the kindest workers I’ve except met. My aunt purchased half a container of cookies and the worker said to refill it to the brim. I went in alone and seeing as I’m 14 years old with social anxiety the worker was SO KIND and even gave me a free peanut butter brownie pie. 100% best service I’ve ever seen and they had fantastic food aswell.
Nice shop. Small cookies. Staff are as chill as it gets. Very friendly and low-key. My kid wanted a sample and they happily obliged. Cookies are decent with creative and original flavors. Multiple gift and or home decor type items. It's located on the strip for a reason - draws in tourists who want something different to remember their trip by. The store is larger than expected. Pies looked like they would hit the spot. It's a 10 minute or less experience unless you really want to study every item they have for sale. The cookies make for a decent gift item.
Not what I expected. It's basic cookies in a bag, however, the variety's are different. I wasn't impressed. We had the chocolate chip and key lime. Dollar tree sells cookies like these, but cheaper.
These little cookies are so tasty. I'm looking forward to trying all the flavors

The best thing about this cookie shop is that you get to try FREE samples of as many flavors as you want before making a purchase. We ended up buying a jar filled with our favorite cookies, and honestly, they're absolutely delicious.
Always a MUST STOP place when coming through the area. Store is always clean and organized. Staff always offering samples & additional suggestions!
Lord what is in these cookies. Wear stretch pants and bring all the money you can find. 3 cavities and 2 pant sizes later we finally had to leave. Simply amazing cookies.
The sample guy was so rude and actually seemed disappointed there were customers in the building.
The register guy was civil but obviously a robot to the factory made cookies.
Dont be fooled by the signs. This place does not make fresh cookies and the cookies are not anything special at all.
Just some factory processed junk that is over priced.

They have GLUTEN FREE COOKIES! For some of us this is the most amazing thing ever…. Gluten free is hard to come by in snacks.
The staff is super friendly and helpful. The store is super cute with different little cookie containers, yummy coffee, and giradelli hot cocoa!
