This place was not great. As soon as you walk in you can see the disorganization and not clean. All tables were covered with spilled sauces and crumbs. I felt disgusted but I had to eat sitting down since it was cold out. The chicken was nothing special. My wife and I agreed that buying freezer chicken was more flavorful. The sauces were BLAND. I love spicy foods and sauces so I chose the peri peri sauce and the spicy mayo and I can say that a regular cup of ranch had more spice. Peri peri tasted exactly like marinara sauce. I don’t post many reviews but this place was such a negative experience I had to go out of my way to let others know it’s not worth the money. We were forced to eat it since it was the only place where there wasn’t a line and the money had already been spent

Great stop for a quick bite. It’s attached to an arcade so you can grab lunch in between playing! We need gluten free options and they offered gluten free chicken and fries. Unfortunately the regular fryer broke down so they had to combine with the gluten free one. When we placed the order the guy didn’t know. Let me tell you though, when I ordered the grilled chicken, he asked if it was a preference or allergy. I let him know it was allergy. He immediately went into protective mode is what I call it-so he could give us complete detailed information on their options with sauce (even knew the ones with gluten) as well as how they prepare food when there is an allergy. We have never felt more safe and cared for. The manager apologized for the inconvenience and really took care of us. The gluten free chicken was amazing and I know if we could have had the fries they would have been just as good. Their seasoning is a nice combination of something like season salt and a little bbq salt. Whatever it is, it’s yummy.

Sauces are great, food is terrible. The chicken was like a flat processed patty that had terrible texture, I couldn't even power through a whole tender. For as long as we waited to receive our food the tenders were hot but the fries were completely cold. The girl at the register kept asking is that all after everything we said. Overall it was unpleasant and could not recommend this to anyone.

I know why they have 22 sauces because to eat this chicken plain is painful, just a very bland tiny piece of chicken. Honestly I've bought frozen chicken tenders from the store with more flavor than these things had. My wife said her sandwich was tasteless and it had sauce on it, my youngest said DQ was better and I got loaded fries that were loaded with cheese and about 4 chunks of chicken. The staff was lacking to say the least bit the counter top where you pickup your food was a nasty sticky mess. With only 7 other customers in there at 6:15pm I think cleaning would've been pretty easy but this should've also been my hint to walk back out. Overall I find it hard to believe Guy would back something like this definitely will NEVER try this place again guess all the ppl walking by and going elsewhere thought the same thing. Just bland frozen chicken, no way it's soaked and brined like it says online maybe 3 months ago.

I was so excited to try this place, but I was let down hard. The chicken tasted like Top Chic frozen chicken fingers you can buy at the grocery store. From the online reviews, description, and price, I expected more. The fries were good. But even my almost two year old wouldn't eat the fingers!

Had heard some good things and was excited about going there... Sadly, the Chicken Guy does not believe in the 2nd Amendment and people protecting their families. The sign on the front window said no weapons allowed, so I kept on walking.PS: Crawdaddy's down the street was excellent!

We went for dinner before the skylift just to try all 22 sauces. And yes, there IS a Youtube video of it. :) All 22 sauces..... The chicken tenders were good, too. The fries were very tasty but we couldn't even finish the 5pc tenders, so we barely ate the fries, started to get too full lol. Very good, very fun - AND VERY busy place! Over an hour between standing in line and getting the food. Thankfully we snagged a table, but we must have hit right at "rush hour". Yikes. Very busy place. Can't wait to try the Orlando one too. (And all 22 sauces again....)

Tenders were huge and fries tasted great. Got the hottest sauce they had and never broke a sweat. Wish it would of been hotter. They do have alot of sauce choices. If you're looking for a quick fix of chicken tenders then give this place a try.

I had high expectations for this restaurant because of the name, however I was a little shocked when I finally got to try it. Long story short, it was a one man operation due to no shows. We applaud the gentlemen for his patience and willingness to serve his customers regardless of the circumstances. We ordered 3 of the 5 piece tender combos and one milkshake. Long story short, we waiting over 30 minutes. Chicken tenders were fine. Not as juicy as other restaurants, but crispy without a ton of batter. The fried pickles are ok. The shake is a shake. The fries are fries, but my favorite sauce was ranchero. If Google had a standout option. I would give the one employee a 5. He was friendly, patient, relatable, great attitude and fun.

Chicken tenders were very good. I'll admit, I'm the person who goes to a seafood place or steakhouse and orders chicken, so I've eaten a lot of chicken in my day, but these were actually really good.Fries were good, also had the mac and cheese and was surprised how good it was as well. The food was fresh tasting and nothing was dry. Would absolutely come here again. Service was awesome great, the cashier was very friendly and helpful to me as a first time guest.

Our family enjoyed our chicken here. Prices are high, but it's right on the strip, so it's comparable to other places. We enjoyed our food and the sauce options. Our family of 4 all left happy. But we did spend around $70 then enjoyed the arcade next door. We had one kid meal, 1 sandwich combo, a 5 piece tender combo, a 3 piece tender, a sandwich and fried pickles. We were stuffed and didn't finish everything. But wanted to try a few different thing. I didn't care for the fried pickles but hubby did. All in all, everyone ate great and enjoyed their food here!Kid-friendliness: Kid menu is available and what kid doesn't like chicken tenders? Mine. On that particular day, at that particular time. So she had a grilled cheese and really enjoyed it!

We had the pleasure to have Andrew as our cashier. He was friendly and gave us a good explanation of the menu, house made signature sauces, and popular items. Andrew explained that the restaurant was featured on the cooking network. We were hesitant because the restaurant was in an arcade. Please know it was well worth it and the prices were fair.

While we couldn’t find much about allergies online, we were blown away by the service we got from Andrew. Our son has an egg allergy and he took tons of time helping us navigate food and sauce choices. There was a great allergen reference card for sauces. He even went back to the kitchen to ask them to change gloves and give it specialDietary restrictions: While we couldn’t find much about allergies online, we were blown away by the service we got from Andrew. As a parent worried about a serious allergy, these are the experiences that will bring us back in the future. Also, we all loved the food!

The service was fast and friendly, the tenders were large but really lacked flavor which unfortunately the sauce didn’t make up for. We weren’t a fan of the white cheese sauce on the Mac, but it was creamy. I’ve been to some of Guys other restaurants which I loved but this one just didn’t deliver. It was also extremely hot with no circulation and the tables needed cleaning.
