This chicken is honestly so good. The tenders aren’t giant but they are fresh and it’s plenty for lunch. The basket comes with fries and a drink, making the $10.99 not a bad price at all. The staff was friendly, though the guy taking our ordered seemed new. I’d definitely eat here again. I think these google reviews are seriously underrated. This comes on the tails of a reviewer who had to have been right in front of me in line, and I can’t understand how their experience was so bad.
The service here today was absolutely awful. The man taking our order was unfriendly and rolled his eyes after everything we ordered. He then asked if we wanted anything else and walked off before I could answer. Another employee walked up and gave me our total before I could order the rest of our meal. At that point I was just ready to leave so I went somewhere else to get something for the ones I had not ordered for. The food was expensive and just not as good as it has been when we ate here before.

Overall good experience. Had chicken fingers and wings and chicken on the bone. All were good. Fingers were lightly battered. Wings sauce was hot and wings were just the right size. Great place for a quick lunch.

Not worth the time…Poor management and operation.Bunch of High School aged liked kids thinking they can run a business.They had 3 guys in the back rushing to cook food, and the 3 girls in the front were joking and eating food while waiting for more customers to sub-come to the their backlogged ordersA simple order of small fries took 51min to get.Lots of other customers were waiting, at least 30-50 min to get their orders. However once they got their food it wasn’t even worth what they paid for as some of it wasn’t cooked. As the majority of what was ready for pickup looked rushed and not fully cooked.Sure, they have a 97% from the health department, buy normal operations is very poorly managed.

Don't do it.. first restaurant we tried in gatlinburg total let down. We ordered chicken tenders, hotdogs, Philly cheese steak, bbq wings, and fried chicken basket. Very overpriced only thing remotely eatable was the Nathan's hot dog but yea it was overcooked as well. Chicken was very dry like it was sitting under heat lamp all day. Chicken hut sounds like a good eat but save your money and go elsewhere.
First time here and last....I ordered 12 chicken wings and they were the basic chicken wings I could ask for...literally sauce just from a bottle squirt across the wings...the chicken tenders from the other side was so small I thought zaxbys had got bad...worst experience ever...customer service was horrible lady would not speak but short and sweet...never go here you will not be happy
