The customer service is great here! They are very nice. We only purchased chocolate covered cherries(which were very good) and chocolate covered marshmallows (which were some of the worst I've ever had). The marshmallows were really old and did not taste good at all. So don't get the chocolate covered marshmallows, and you will be satisfied 😊

Some of the best chocolates that I have ever had! Omg they were so good! The chocolate chip cookie dough truffles and turtles were out of this world! Try this place out! You will not be disappointed!

Me and my partner stopped in today during our trip to Gatlinburg and got caramel apples and some chocolates to give as a gift. $30 for 2 apples and 6 chocolates is not bad at all compared to a few other places in the area! Staff was kind, they even offered to cut up the apple to make it easier to eat :)

Ice cream was mid. Which is fine, bc ice cream that is fine is still ice cream. What I don't appreciate is the service.
I got two scoops, nana's puddin and some mud hole something or other. My friend got a single scoop. When i went to pay for the single and double scoop the lady at the register said i had 3 scoops. I let her know i asked for two. Fine ok. Paid for my ice cream.
Before I even get out the door i hear her yell across the store, was that 2 or 3 scoops? I could clearly hear it and I stopped appalled.
Two things: First, If you are going to be rude, at least wait until out of earshot. Second, why would I try to pull a fast one over $4.
Absolutely ridiculous. Left a bad taste in my mouth. If you had a question, I would have gladly walked back over to the scooper and helped sort it out to your satisfaction.

We were on vacation in Gatlinburg and my mom wanted to gift all the kids candy apples. To say the kids were over the moon from the moment they walked into the store to the time they left, would be an understatement. The smell of fudge filled the store and put everyone in the best kind of candy haven haha we got the reeses , Caramel rainbow sprinkle, and smores!! So so so so yummmmyyyy!! And the workers were so helpful on what to choose and helped cut the apples for us to share with the kids. Great experience !
Dietary restrictions: If you're trying to stay on a diet, don't come in this store!!!!!! You will want to break your streak so badly ??
Parking: You'll need to find parking areas around. It's walking distance from the aquarium and anakeesta
Kid-friendliness: Your kids will love you if you take them here!!! Hahaha candy and fudge for everyone!!!

I got a chocolate twinkie and my wife got some truffles. She didn't really like the truffles and I thought my twinkie didn't taste much like a twinkie, it was still good but not what I expected.
The customer service is great here! They are very nice.
