It was my daughters birthday and she wanted Cicis pizza. The staff was very nice and friendly with my kids. I must say this was one of the cleanest Cici's pizza I've been in to date. The pizza is pretty good and the girl working was willing to make any style we wanted. She made my daughter a dutch apple dessert pizza. The supreme pizza I ate was really good. I'd say my daughter was very satisfied with her birthday pick. I would definitely recommend this location. Much better than the Pigeon Forge location. Great staff, clean and good pizza.

My sister and I went after 8:00 p.m. there were several selections of pizza the one that I knew that my sister and I would like the best would be the supreme and we asked for it and the guy made us one it was absolutely delicious he didn't even hesitate to make it! Thank you so much!

Not a good experience at all. The cashier had a slight attitude; fussed at me for throwing trash away. Made us stand and wait for our pizza and sternly told us to not to sit or move. Not to mention, we got sick a few hours later. Seriously, a few hours laterđ I would not recommend.

Terrible experience with rude service
We visited this location as a group of Asian individuals with my wife and our 2-year-old son, expecting a simple, enjoyable meal. From the moment we arrived, the staff member, Casandra H., seemed irritated, especially when we approached the counter to order. She was visibly rude to my wife, even raising her voice as if we were inconveniencing her.
When we ordered, Casandra H. asked if our 2-year-old son would be eating and informed us weâd need to pay for him as well. We paid, but he didnât end up eating anything. The attitude and lack of respect from this staff member left us all feeling upset as a group.
As if that wasnât enough, when my wife returned to use the restroom after our meal, Casandra H. was rude again, insisting, âYou should order if you want to use the restroom,â even though we had clearly paid for our food. Overall, this was a terrible experience, and we left feeling unwelcome and disrespected. I wouldnât recommend this location to anyone expecting even a basic level of courtesy.

Good location, reasonable prices. $10.99 all you can eat buffet. They keep the prices down here, unlike many of the other restaurants on the main Parkway of Gatlinburg.
The brownies are hard as a rock, the cinnamon rolls are pure dough and u will choke, and all the pizza is burnt and hard to chew, and drinks suck no flavor

We ordered take out. Sometimes, our kids find pizza sauce a little spicy, but Cici's was perfect, and they loved it! The cinnamon rolls, on the other hand, were terrible. They were like little sponges in appearance. The icing was so melted it was practiclly non-existent. Staff was friendly, prices were reasonable, and the pizza was good! We will definitely get pizza here again on our next visit. I would love to take my family to sit down and eat. They gave a game room which would be great for a rainy Vaca day!
