Cicis here was a 10/10 experience, nice staff, good clean tables, and best of all the food was top notch and waaaaaaay better cinnamon rolls then Wichita! Don’t listen to Karen’s review from last week, Wichita don’t got nothing on here!

Love the chicken broth soup, add your own noodles, cinnamon rolls are awesome. Great little salad bar, if you don't see a pizza you like just tell them they will make it. Garlic cheese sticks are great. In downtown Gatlinburg for $11 dollars you can't beat that.

Food was fresh, they maintenance the buffet Great. Let you know if like certain type of pizza they will make it.
They need have coke put new fountain machine in.
2 type of fountain head was out service
Plus out one of flavor
Customer were very up set about that.
Manger on duty should called coke. Had service come out as soon it tore up.
Both pepsi and coke has tech on call at all time
Manger need call coke local...
