This store is rare to find anywhere!! I traveled here just to get the cinnamon rolls. They were closed!! 😫 I missed them by 10 mins. They were still cleaning up so I just took a picture to show my sister I at least made it there even though they were closed. John the manager saw me looking pitiful n defeated i assume standing outside lol! He unlocked & opened the door & said are u alright? I pleaded my case nicely that I came a long way to get 2 rolls for me & my sister! I'd be so grateful to have some if any were left. He said no we threw them all away. We both laughed! He opened the door & let me in. I was thrilled with excitement at my good fortune. Amazing store with fantastic smells of sweet goodies! Super yummy rolls too! John is a very special person & so kind to uplift my spirits by letting me in. I'll never forget that! Being kind means so much Thank You John! You made my whole day! I will definitely be back! Soon!

Sorry, but not sorry for writing this review. If you are going to serve your product by boxes, it better be fresh. I receive a box of mini stale cinnamon rolls.

Bummed as they clearly changed the recipe the dough seems significantly thicker and not as good. Not enough frosting either. Bummer.

I ordered a large order online. Called the number listed. Derek is who answered. Clueless and rude. Hung up and did not answer. Only a full mailbox to not be able to confirm if the order I placed was on schedule. Called customer service. Spoke to a guy named Corey who was equally worthless and unprofessional. Currently on hold for a supervisor to recover my money.

Our pretzel dogs were good, but soda machine was out of all non diet sodas. Worker tried to change, took over 10-15 minutes of waiting, and we finally just asked for a water, as our pretzels were getting cold.

Meh... The Cinnabon I'm accustomed to is way better than this location.
I eat Auntie Anne's pretzel every place I go. The pretzel was so so, luke warm and expensive. Not good and you cannot scan receipt for rewards..
Tonight we went to Auntie Anne’s and it was perfect as always. The pretzels were delicious and the service was fast and friendly. I highly recommend this place for a snack!
The location has a Auntie Anne's, Carvel ice cream, and Cinnabon merged together near the Ripley's Believe it or not. Great for a whole family to get what they want.
Cinnasundae -cinnamon pretzel nuggets with soft serve ice cream then caramel sauce more nuggets more ice cream more caramel sauce then ice cream on top with whip cream.... WOW
