Came for my bday dinner when it wasn’t even busy. Never got seated while manager and another employee we just hanging around socializing. Waiter finally stepped up to seat us and then we waited for 15-20mins before I had to flag someone down to even order drinks just to find out he was the manager who had been just walking around lost. We walked out and will never return. HORRIBLE service and would give zero stars if I could.

Was extremely disappointed. Service was not the best. ordered a frozen daiquiri and they crushed the ice added mix and was staring it with a straw. Yes, it was sent back. Instead of giving me the $10 full refund, they only refunded me $7.20 for the daiquiri . It didn’t even taste like a daiquiri. We ordered lobster shrimp Alfredo and it wasn’t even Fettuccine noodles. It was some other kind of noodles. We used to love this place, but it has gone down. We will not return.

One of the worst dining experiences ever. I’ve worked in restaurants my whole life and never witnessed anything like it.Our waitress literally had no idea what we were saying ( she did not speak English) , but pretended like she did.First I asked if the old fashioned is good. She gave me a look like she had no idea what I was talking about. I told her Its my favorite drink and I will send it back if it’s not made properly. I asked if it had the big square cube, luxardo cherries, etc. She said it did. It had neither. I sent it back.The manager came over and apologized, I told him no problem and I didn’t want another.Then my girlfriends martini came out warm, and half full. I had that removed as well.She just kept saying “that’s fine “ or “it’s fine “ to all of our questions , to the point where it became comical and the table behind us started saying “that’s fine , it’s fine” and laughing. They had the same treatment as us. All in all do not go to this place. It screams tourist trap.
