They offer a modest selection of frozen drinks. They used to sell a cup with discounted refills. I learned today they are no longer honoring any discounted refills. That is unfortunate. Gatlinburg would benefit from a competitor such as Fat Tuesday.

Terrible service, they need to take customer service classes, they treat customers like dogs as if they were giving away food, they forcefully chase you away, they throw drinks at you, they make bad faces at you, terrible, they should close that place
