My husband cannot stop raving about the strawberries and cream pancakes here. Everything was so good and I felt like we got our money's worth compared to other places. Come here for breakfast you won't regret it.

I love Flapjacks. The food is always good, and the service is always great. You might have to wait a few minutes for a table, cause they're always busy, but it's worth it.

Great restaurant! And f you want breakfast on the Parkeay but want free parking… this is a great option as they have their own parking lot!

Even with a party of 9 the wait was only 5-10 minutes and they were busy!

We had a wonderful waitress who even made an impromptu bday pancake for us and sang along with us!

The food was pretty good and the order came out accurate!

Coffee is good and fresh too. The kind you can actually drink black!

Will eat here again.

We’ve been to various restaurants in Gatlinburg the past 5 days and Leslie was the best server we’ve had the entire trip! Very attentive and kind, food was quick and good. Would come back just for her amazing service. Thank you, Leslie!!

Decided to come here rather than eat at the resort.. still cost us $25 a person … $7.99 for a side of corn beef hash … Place is very nice… waitress didn’t pay much attention to us after we ordered. Pancakes was good … omelette was good … egg whites were runny and eggs were cold … toast was cold…overall not a very good experience and not sure we will be back during our stay in Gatlinburg.

Was not impressed with the food. Got one of their meat lovers omelets with two pancakes. The omlette cuz more, just scrambled eggs with meat in it than an actual omelette. One of the pancakes that they served me was burnt but to their credit. When I told them about it they replaced it without issue. But their dining room was quite dirty and they made little effort to clean it.

When you walk in these cute signs make you feel so welcome!! Food-wise pretty disappointing, I did not enjoy it. Pancakes were overdone and super rich. The sausage was hard and dry as a bone it was not good in my opinion food wise but they have a fantastic little shop inside I loved it bought some stickers even.

We went here before fishing on the River for a couple of hours.

I got the works omelette with a side of hash browns. The omelette was cooked perfectly and I loved all of the ingredients that were in it. I really liked the hash browns too. They needed salt and pepper, and they weren’t crispy, but I preferred them that way.

My wife got the sausage and egg breakfast with a side of pancakes. The sausage was pretty tough and salty, but the eggs were perfectly cooked and the pancakes were amazing! Very rich but they have great texture and only need a small drizzle of syrup.
